Monthly Rentals in Niederalpl Pass

We really enjoyed our 5 day stay in Andrés garden apartment. Communication with Andrés was straightforward and he always replied promptly. The place is very easy to find, has self check-in and ample off street parking. The apartment was clutter-free, spotlessly clean and toasty warm on arrival. It was our first visit to Aflenz and we loved the charm of the village and the rugged beauty of the surrounding mountains. Although there was not much snow this year we managed a short skitour by taking the chairlift up to the Aflenz Bergalm and then skinned up to Schönleitenhaus. We also had an enjoyable day skiing at Brunnalm and the nearby Turnau skifield (which probably had the best snow). Overall we are very happy that we chose to stay at Andrés place and would highly recommend it to others. We hope to be able to return later in the summer and explore a bit more of the beautiful Hochschwab region!

Surrounded by greenery, perfect for spending time in nature. Cozy cottage, near supermarket and numerous hiking trails. Glad to come back!

This time I stayed in Ute and Karl's other apartment and I was thrilled again. Cozy, clean apartment, immediately feel at home and the location right by the cable car is unsurpassed. Very quiet apartment, perfect for relaxing. Very warm hosts. I hope to see you again and recommend Ute and Karl's apartments. Best regards 🙂

We spent a lovely weekend at Peter’s Airbnb. He was very nice and always there to help if we had any problem ! I really appreciated that, we felt comfortable right away. On top of that, the appartement was very nice and warm, and the area is just breath taking ! I would definetly recommend and can’t wait to come back :) Thank you you so much
