Scenic area by the harbor. Located on the 1st floor. Good shopping/restaurants/museums and close to sandy beach. Kitchen with dining area for 8 persons. Large living room with TV. 4 rooms for the big family. Small terrace at the entrance. Please bring bed linen and towels. The apartment is located in an old factory at the fishing port, where fish are landed by the local fishermen every day. Possibility to buy fresh fish at the fishermen, and can be grilled on the small terrace at the entrance. Lovely apartment for the price.

Great location by good beach and close to town

Summer home for rent, right on the beach The view of the water and the beach is pretty much right in the backyard. You have the entire home to yourself, 130 sqm., distributed on 2 levels. It consists of a kitchen/living room, hallway, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a lovely large garden with terrace. About 1.5 km to the ice house, where you can also pick up breakfast bread and small kiosk with barbecue bar, which is open all summer and about 1.5 km to the campsite with a pool, which you can use for a small amount.

Our stay at Jesper’s place was brilliant. We stayed here over the holidays to visit with family who live in the town. Jesper’s flat was clean and cozy, very easy to find, and the incredible view of the water was one of our favourite parts of staying here. We had a wonderful autumn week in the beautiful and very cozy house of Elsebeth on the outskirts of Ærøskøbing. In a few minutes we were in the center of the village on foot. Directly opposite is the bathing bridge for the dip in the morning. Elsebeth always responded very quickly and everything was very straightforward. We will be happy to come back. Thank you Elsebeth for letting us stay with you and have a nice time.

we stayed in the small beach apartment with our 1 year old child here over Christmas. conditions were good, the walls are solid, so there is very little responsive and the home is in good condition. the beach view and nature around is clearly a highlight, while the big TV is perfect for relaxing at night. a large dining table makes it possible to play board games and other things too.

Camilla's house is magical. You don't even know which terrace you want to sit on first. The view of the sea is just amazing. The garden and the fireplace too! We felt very comfortable. The kids loved the toys and bunk beds as well as the huge trampoline in the garden. For two adults and two kids the house is wonderful. In the house is everything you need. It is very nice and lovingly furnished. There is a lot to do in the area and there are great shopping opportunities nearby. We would have liked to have stayed longer.

I wouldn't call the apartment a penthouse, but it's a lovingly furnished attic :) The apartment was very clean. The location is very centrally located on the outskirts of the village center and the beach is also within walking distance with a more extensive walk. Things to know for the summer: The apartment heats up quickly, during the day it was at temperatures 24 degrees almost hot.
