Our house, dating back to 1925, is located in Sundsmark, 2 km from the center of Sønderborg. The apartment 57 m2, is located on the 2nd floor. • TV (Chromecast) • Kitchenette, Fridge • WIFI • 11kW charger (electric car). • Upper portion of the staircase from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor is steeper than the lower portion. We live on the ground floor and 1st floor. The front door is equipped with an electronic lock with a code. Bed linen and towels are provided in the apartment.

Enjoy the sea as well as the city in this town-house from 1856, located in the centre of idyllic Faaborg with its cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. Less than 200 meters from the harbour bath (with sauna), the picturesque old harbour, the ferries to the islands, and the promenade along the sea. The 26 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a fully-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services as well as a washing machine. Furthermore, a shared sauna is available on the property.

The holiday apartments in our manor house, newly created in 2019, are perfect for a vacation in the countryside! Here you will find not only enough space for rest and relaxation, but also a beautiful view of the inner courtyard or the park-like garden by the mill pond. The apartments are designed in a modern Scandinavian style – many elements are custom-made. Tables, chairs and deck chairs are available in the garden and on the terrace by the Mühlensee.

Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a commercial building with two other apartments and a physiotherapy practice. In the yard there is a bicycle shed

The apartment is centrally located right next to the Treenetal nature reserve and centrally between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea. It's just a short hop to Flensburg, Schleswig or across the border to Denmark. It can accommodate 2 people and is fully equipped. Sea view, sun, wind, sometimes rain, secluded location, tranquility, rural idyll, flower garden, vegetable field, pasture, chickens, sheep, cats make up the cozy ambience of our apartment. We are happy to share this "green-blue island comfort package" with our guests. But despite so much rural tranquility, we are centrally located in the middle of the island, close to the beautiful town of Ærøskøbing.

The building - part of a former farm - was built in 1914 and has been guest rooms since 1940. In 2024/2025, the building in the 4th generation was extensively renovated to the latest standard with a lot of love for detail. Enjoy the quiet location with private access (200 meters) to the natural beach "Norgaardholz" directly on the Baltic Sea coast in Angeln / Schleswig-Holstein.
