Our house, dating back to 1925, is located in Sundsmark, 2 km from the center of Sønderborg. The apartment 57 m2, is located on the 2nd floor. • TV (Chromecast) • Kitchenette, Fridge • WIFI • 11kW charger (electric car). • Upper portion of the staircase from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor is steeper than the lower portion. We live on the ground floor and 1st floor. The front door is equipped with an electronic lock with a code. Bed linen and towels are provided in the apartment.

Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a commercial building with two other apartments and a physiotherapy practice. In the yard there is a bicycle shed

Das Gebäude - ein Teil eines ehemaligen Bauernhofes - wurde 1914 errichtet und führte bereits seit 1940 Gästezimmer. Im Jahr 2024/2025 wurde das Gebäude in der 4. Generation aufwendig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail nach neustem Standard kernsaniert. Genießen Sie die ruhige Lage mit privatem Zugang (200 Meter) zum Naturstrand "Norgaardholz" direkt an der Ostseeküste in Angeln / Schleswig-Holstein.

Meerblick, Sonne, Wind, manchmal auch Regen, Alleinlage, Ruhe, ländliche Idylle, Blumengarten, Gemüsefeld, Weide, Hühner, Schafe, Katzen machen das gemütliche Ambiente unserer Wohnung aus. Gerne teilen wir mit unseren Gästen dieses "grün-blaue Inselwohlfühlpaket". Aber trotz so viel ländlicher Ruhe liegen wir zentral in der Mitte der Insel, nahe dem schönen Städtchen Ærøskøbing.
