Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Newcastle

Dustin was an amazing host, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, their home was beautiful and had absolutely perfect for our large family, Dustin responds quickly and was very kind! I was able to reunite with my God daughters and finally meet their families! It was a wonderful stay and we plan to stay again in the future!

Place looks better than the photos suggest and i loved that it was so close to a gym and lake for walking. Chris was very responsive and home was clean and inviting.

This place was absolutely gorgeous! It’s exactly as described in the listing— a lake oasis that feels surprisingly secluded for being in a neighborhood in the city. We had an amazing time with friends relaxing by the pool, soaking in the hot tub, and enjoying the view from the amazing wrap around deck. We might have to go back when it gets a little warmer so that we can fully enjoy the pool!

This property was perfect for our visit with family in the area. The home was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was beautiful and seemed very safe. Way drive to town and to get on the highway to Norman or OKC. We would rent again for sure!

The house was really nice and exactly like it was pictured. Very quiet and quaint area all the places that we went to were within a 5 to 10 minute drive. Ryan was very responsive with giving information about the place. Any questions that I had was already answered before I could even ask them. The only question that I asked that didn’t get a response was what there was to do locally but I ended up finding out stuff that was to do locally.

Susan’s Airbnb was a perfect place to have a family gathering. I loved the open floor plan, the primary suite was lovely, the beds are comfortable, the showers had great water pressure, the towels were nice and soft, the backyard is beautiful, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The only cons is that the furniture in the living room was not comfortable, there were dust bunnies above the top cabinets in the kitchen and on one of the fire detectors in one of the bedrooms, and some of the drawers in the kitchen were not easy to open. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and would stay at Karen’s Airbnb again.

What a great place!!!! Wonderful location with tons of food options nearby. Great park near and drove over the Hefner and walked around the lake. Quick access to highways to head to brick town or wherever. The apartment is nicely redone. Comfortable beds. Lots of pillows. We will be staying there again for sure.

House was just as described & in a good neighborhood that was conveniently located close to everything in town. The house was also clean and the hosts were very accommodating!

I enjoyed very much my stay. This place has everything you would be looking for to spend some downtime.

The location is perfect to stay at for an event at the Grand Canadian or anything else in downtown Purcell. Very spacious, very well kept, very homely. The larger bathroom is full size with a very large shower. Kitchen also complete and very clean. Everything you could need! Great place to stay.

Cute place to stay! We were passing through on a road trip with our dogs and this was a great pit stop. Our dogs enjoyed the small park close by and we loved the coffee shop/book store only a few steps away! There are a few units in the same building, and they all share the same driveway, so keep that in mind if you’re looking for something more private.

Lauren is a fabulous host. She is super communicative and thoughtful. The accommodation is spacious, clean and private. It was absolutely perfect for my 2-week stay. There are plenty of options for food and leisure nearby, all only a short drive away. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in OKC, in big part thanks to Lauren's hospitality. Would love to stay here again if I return.

The place was exactly as described. Perfect location for all of our activities. The complex is quiet and everyone we interacted with was friendly. Queen was incredibly responsive and answered all of my questions. Definitely suggest this if you’re in OKC. Thank you!

I read through the reviews for this place prior to booking, and the people who are complaining about things being “old” and “dated” have no taste and no appreciation for such a COOL, charming, vintage apartment! We LOVED it! The bed was so comfy, the living room was just lovely and comfortable, cute kitchen, coffee bar, etc etc. The building is such a neat art-deco style, and the neighborhood is so charming. It was perfect for our golden retriever (lovely park one block away). And we walked to dinner right up the street. So—just accept that it’s vintage and that’s what makes it great! The word is: CHARMING! We would stay again for sure!

Host was quick to answer all of my questions, extremely helpful! Celebrated our daughter and new husband, were able to have both families come together at this beautiful location! We will be back! Everything was ready, easy to find what we needed for cooking, so much room! I can't say enough about how pleased we are!

Mike’s place was great! Our kids really enjoyed the pool and there was plenty of space for all 7 in our party. The home was as described. The kitchen is beautiful and well furnished with anything that is needed for fixing any meals of the day. We did have a few issues with the bedroom outlets and ceiling fan in downstairs bedroom not working properly but were able to manage with the upstairs bedrooms. The ceiling fan remote did not work well and the ceiling fan was very noisy. However our overall stay was good! Would definitely recommend.

The home was very spacious and clean. My family and I were in town for my son’s wedding. And it was close to the venue, which was another plus. It did have a dead mouse scent in the kitchen/living room area, but we opened the window and bought air fresheners to rid the smell. The toilet in the master bedroom ran about every 5 min. (Slow leak) so we turned the water off at the wall, when not in use. Other than that it was great! We sleep like rocks! Either the beds were comfy or we were exhausted from all the wedding festivities, maybe both!

Great house with plenty of room, close enough to walk to multiple restaurants and a quick drive to downtown OKC and the airport. Beryl was quick to respond to a question regarding WiFi and easily helped us with figuring it out. Backyard and front porch were great hang out areas. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Great stay- description matched property to a T. Very convenient to anywhere in OKC, clean and spacious. Great communication. As stated in the description it is an older home that has been renovated but all the benefits outweigh any issues that would come with an old home. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting OKC.

Great Location and wonderful place to visit! Great place to watch the sunset! Highly Recommended!

Loved our stay, close to Bricktown (~8 minutes) with lots of options & things to do. We will be back!
