Monthly Rentals in New York

A beautiful little stay if you’re looking for an off-the-grid-but-still-a-little-on-the-grid type of adventure. The host was super friendly and accommodating, especially because my cat had to attend with us last minute after my parents got sick and couldn’t watch her for me. The bus can get a little cold at night, but if you bundle up and use the fireplace it can be very cozy. We had a short stay, as we had to be out by 5:30am the morning after check in, but it was still a nice experience. My cat loves going for walks, so we walked down by the creek behind the house and it was incredibly peaceful. The outhouse wasn’t our favorite part, haha, but it was exactly as described and obviously kept in great condition, so we had no problem using it. The animals on the land are so fun to watch and interact with, so if you stay, enjoy the property! Definitely a great price for a really nice stay.

Our stay at Trudy and Kim's was truly fantastic and magical. This may have been the best AirBnB experience I've ever had from start to finish. I was a little skeptical with all the positive reviews, but they are all true to the word! In addition to the beautiful apartment, amazing time with animals, and very relaxing hot tub, I really appreciated how Kim and Trudy were the perfect balance of responsive and helpful with our questions (including teaching us how to light a fire!!) but also fully respected our privacy and made us feel as though we had the whole farm to ourselves. We will 100% be back soon and often.

Tasha was a great host! Very responsible. The location of this airbnb was perfect! Only a short drive to get to the heart of Utica.
