Monthly Rentals in New River

Was very nice to call this place home for the past few months. Very cute and cozy home.

We rented for 2 months. The property was gorgeous and as described. We had an issue with the garbage disposal, which was promptly addressed by the property manager replacing it with a new one. The property manager communicated promptly regarding our inquiries. The only downside is that it took quite some time for the hot water to heat up. We would definitely rent it again!

There are not enough words to describe Robbie’s home in New River. The home was beautiful and squeaky clean and the outside area was perfect for our two dogs. They enjoyed chasing birds and bunnies with plenty of room to stretch their legs. We enjoyed sitting outdoors drinking coffee every morning. If you are ever in the area, Robbie’s home is a must. I just wish we came to Phoenix more often.

Amanda’s place is just what we were looking for: a little bit of luxury in the middle of the Sonoran desert! It’s modern and comfortable at the same time. If you love nature and wildlife and still want to be relatively close to Phoenix and surroundings, this is the place! Would definitely come back again.
