Vacation rentals with beach access in New Port Richey

This unit is basically a hotel room with a small kitchenette. It was retro and definitely felt like we were back in the 50s. Fun decor. The bed was very comfortable and we had what we needed. Great location and away from the crowds. An easy walk to the beach and restaurants.

Very close to downtown Clearwater!! Very easy to get to everything. Great place!! Comfortable!! Great food downtown!! Walking distance!

Loved staying here! Very clean with a cute setup. We loved walking to the beach multiple times a day and that there were towels, a cooler, and chairs available. We will definitely put this on our list for beach getaways!

Not only is the location and the layout of their unit perfect for us but to walk into they're home was definitely home away from home for us! I greatly appreciate how everything was perfectly organized and not just cleaned up but clean! We felt comfortable enough to unpack all of our belongings and use Mike & Alex's amenities provided! To unload my things is very rare for concerns of dirtiness and or bugs, not here! We really appreciate how detailed and clean you keep your home! Not only is it pristine clean but updated and modern with the perfect Finishing Touches! From the fully stocked kitchen, seasonings, to the perfect accessories throughout! Thank you for not having chintzy Beach gear! Thank you for the squishy soft bath rug and wonderful personal care products! The bed was no joke thank you for the soft sheets and comforter!

If you’re looking for an ocean get away, this place is perfect. The view is gorgeous with super easy beach access. Absolutely stunning views of the ocean from the balcony. The inside is simple and inviting with local recommendations provided. Would absolutely stay again!

John’s pass boardwalk was right in front of this location. We didn’t have to drive anywhere. Beach within walking distance. Close to restaurants.

A truly fabulous home. The description in the listing were spot on but even better in person. The view of watching boats go by in the canal, the beautiful salt water pool and outdoor kitchen with a TV, plus the large 85" TV in great room all made this is an exceptional find. We used the kayak's, bikes and fishing poles. Amazing sunrise and sunsets can be viewed from front and back of house. George supplied all paper products, coffee pods and spices which were a great surprise and very much appreciated. The house is fenced in so we didn't have to worry about our little dog running around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for opening your house to us!

Glenda’s home was wonderful. Tucked into a very cute and quiet neighborhood, this home was exactly what we were looking for. We loved the outdoor kitchen, perfect for making drinks and cutting fruit and never skipping a beat with the kiddos in the pool. The separate living area right off the pool area was very cozy- we had a movie night and it was perfect! We wished we had more time here! Having 2 kids with us; we loved that this home had beach amenities available for use! We frequented Honeymoon Beach- a must see!

It was amazing!! If we ever come back to florida, we will most definitely be staying there again. It was so clean and very easy to find the AirBnB! 10/10 in my book. Can’t wait for the next time!!

This Airbnb was amazing! The house was clean and well organized. Ruta thought of everything from kitchen utensils and cookware to recreational games and equipment. There were plenty of chilled waters available to us in the refrigerator as well as extras in the garage refrigerator. The rooms are very spacious. The beds are extremely comfortable and complimented by multiple choices of pillows and blankets. The pool area is very nice with clean refreshing water and an intimate setting. There is plenty of living space to spread out as well as a game room with a pro-sized pool table. There is a variety of card games and even a poker set. Additionally a pack and play is provided by the host. I would definitely book this home again and will refer it to friends and family. Ruta really thought of everything.! 🤗🎊🥳🙌🏽

This place is better than the pictures! The place was super clean. It looked like the inside had been newly renovated and it was beautiful. It was bigger than we thought. Having the kayaks was a big plus! We met a few neighbors while kayaking and they were super nice which added to our overall experience. The bed upstairs (the only one we used) was super comfy as were the pillows. We were in the area for my niece’s high school graduation and plan to stay here again for any future visits! Highly recommend this place. Also, Jennifer was an amazing host and was always quick to respond. We did not need much from her as everything was self explanatory thanks to the thoughtful notes! It was exactly as described. We loved the neighbourhood, very quiet. We loved the fenced backyard. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened area. We ate all our meals outside. Very peaceful. Our host was very quick to respond to any questions

Visited with my husband and our two kids. We had such a great time on our stay! Beautiful lake view, super clean and exactly as described. Excellent communication. The beds were incredibly comfortable! Would absolutely recommend this place for a small family. Very conveniently located near Honeymoon Island! Quiet neighborhood and peaceful setting on the lake.

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this has been by far my favorite in Florida. Me and 2 buddies were here for work for a little over a week and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. The location is perfect. Restaurants and bars right on the river all within 5 minutes. We launched some kayaks out the back yard and fished the river. Saw some dolphins toward the gulf. I highly recommend staying here. A huge thing for me is Bathroom water pressure and the master bathroom has a rainfall situation with great pressure and it made me feel right at home. I should’ve booked this place for longer.

Brendan and Becky Sharkey were great hosts. They gave us a comprehensive house and neighborhood guide. They were very easy to communicate with and also very responsive. The home was great. It was well decorated and organized. The walk in closet was perfect to store your luggage. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. We had access to a pool and beach access was just a short drive away. All the necessities for the beach were provided which was wonderful. My husband and I were very pleased with our stay and recommend this Airbnb for your next trip to Clearwater.

Chris‘s Airbnb was excellent. He was a great host and the view was everything we had hoped for. It was a very comfortable condo with a nice bed and the amenities which included the pool bar made it very fun also. It was a great location and we would definitely go back.

My mother & I stayed here for a Mother's day staycation. It was comfortable for just us two and the pullout bed was pretty comfortable compared to most. The primary bed was the most comfortable of course. We both live in tiny homes, so we were comfortable with a studio apartment layout and especially with the outdoor sitting area that we spent most of our time enjoying. The space felt a lot bigger than what it probably is, and the location was absolutely perfect. We will definitely be staying again. Safe place for solo female travelers as well and pups are welcomed 😊🐶🌴

This location is perfect for visiting Honeymoon Island. It was our first time on the Gulf side in Florida and it was absolutely amazing. Close enough to downtown Dunedin and Clearwater beach. Mona was super responsive and helpful the entire booking up to our check out process! Will definitely be back!

Excellent location for beach which was much less crowded than up around Pier 60. Within walking distance of restaurants shopping, pier60 and marina.The most beautiful sunsets can be viewed right from your balcony. Lovely pool. Comfy beds. Lots of beach items to use buckets shovels umbrella and chairs. Any questions or concerns we had for Peter were responded too quickly. 🐚🌝☀️

Great location, communication with host was good, pictures look accurate the condo in person, the condo was in a quiet area. The condo was clean and decor was simple.

Our stay at the Westwind was great. Very clean and up to date amenities. Had everything you need to head to the beach including beach chairs, coolers, and towels. Everything was very positive. Just as described and pictured.
