J&M Homestead

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Close to I-75 and Suncoast Parkway in Pasco County. Located north of Land O Lakes, Florida, in Pasco Trails, a gated community of acreage and horses. Outlet mall, many eating establishments and sports complexes within half-hour drive. We have had to institute a policy of "no smoking. To be clear, we are retired couple who live in the main house. The apartment is attached but has its own entrance and is self contained.

You can see all of the stars in the night sky, yet you are 5 mins from shopping, dining and entertainment and a mere 15 mins from Tampa. 5 mins from I-75. Complete privacy, but centrally located.

Relax in this cozy 2-bedrooms/1.5-bathrooms house. Each bedroom has a TV and A/C unit. Another A/C unit is located in the living room. One bedroom has a Queen bed and a designated working area. The other bedroom has two Twin beds. Watch your favorite movies in the living room or have some drinks in the screened back porch overlooking the nice fenced backyard. A fully stocked kitchen and a grill will make you feel at home. Dogs are welcome, but read the rules before booking.

Cozy private apartment ideal for 2 people, designed with comfort and details for an excellent stay. It has a bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bathroom, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen equipped with dishes, a coffee maker, a stove, a microwave, and a refrigerator. It includes Wi-Fi, Roku TV, hot water, air conditioning, ceiling fan, iron, hair dryer, towels and bathroom amenities. A comfortable, clean and functional space to feel at home.
