Monthly Rentals in New Polzeath

This was a great place to stay as a couple for the weekend. It is actually nicer looking than in the photos and is a small, one room extension built off a house. It’s a quick walk (5mins) to the Polzeath high street and beach. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and residential. As someone else mentioned it’s small so don’t bring a lot of luggage but for us it was perfect!

Just had a wonderful week in Westward 14 and Polzeath. Elspeth was wonderful - very responsive and accommodating. The flat is fantastic - exactly as described. Safe off street parking, and the flat has everything you need (dishwasher, washing machine etc.) including a Roku box for streaming. The Oystercatcher pub across the road is really nice, as are the numerous places to eat at the bottom of the hill. The beach at low tide is vast and lots to explore, and the surf is pretty good as well. We loved both walks (the left walk towards Rock; the right towards Pentire Point). And of course it’s pretty quick to get to the A39 as well. Westward 14 is our new fav place in Cornwall and we hope to be back one day.

Really nice place to stay. Very helpful hosts. The accommodation had a lot of very thoughtful touches. Polzeath is lovely with a few places to eat / drink with a fantastic beach for surfing and lovely coastal walks. Accommodation was only a minutes walk to the beach. Would highly recommend.

Flat looks brand new with all the amenities that you would need. Location is great as well: short walk to the beach. The host was very prompt and responsive
