Monthly Rentals in New Malden

Lucy’s flat was extremely cosy and very clean. Communication was excellent and check in was easy and quick. The location was great. Food markets, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The train station was a 5 minute walk and from there we were able to travel to different parts of London.

Peter was an excellent host and the airbnb had everything we needed! Would definitely recommend.

Loved the place and the treatment by the host, the neighborhood was beautiful, felt pretty safe and there were plenty of places to grab gorceries and food. The amenities were all there as listed. My only gripe was with the access to the city. I was hoping it was going to be easier but SWR services are very unreliable with trains running late or inconsistently to Waterloo. Malden Manor Station is very close by but the service closes early. New Malden Station is a little farther and stays open till later but accessible through the K1 bus line, that has a LITERAL stop in front of the house so that is a definite plus! This complaint has nothing to do with the AirBnB itself or the hosts, but it's disappointing that had it not been for this detail, this would be a perfect place to stay not too far away by rail but far enough to feel relaxed and out of the big bustle of the city.

I had a wonderful time.L. The apartment was clean and spacious, with easy access to public transport and local shops. Samamtha was friendly and provided great recommendations for exploring the area. It felt like a home away from home, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting London!
