Come have a serene stay at our property. This home is an easy 10 minute drive to the beach. Located a short drive to the grocery store and plenty of popular local restaurants. Our property can accommodate up to 8 guests. Our fully fenced, private backyard has a fire pit and string lights to end the night with after exploring the beach or community dock.

We chose a very special place for a very special occasion - our silver jubilee. The ocean views were awesome and the constant sound of the waves were quite soothing to hear. The sturdy wooden staircases provided quick and easy access to the beach from both floors of the house. All the rooms were clean and tastefully furnished. The ocean theme of the living room’s furnishings and fabric added a cozy feel to the space. All the bathrooms were clean and contemporary. The full kitchen was very much to our liking with literally everything one would need. Donna responded to all our queries in a timely and professional manner. Her placing an anniversary greeting card on the kitchen counter was a lovely gesture and well appreciated by us. The quaint and quiet seaside neighborhood was absolutely charming. Our dear pet also had a wonderful time. Along with a fabulous weather, the vibes were just perfect to turn our momentous day into a memorable celebration. Will definitely consider coming back.

We are so very thankful to have been at Jenn and Ian’s home during our military move and house hunting. We experienced no less than absolute kindness and consideration, and all aspects of our stay were such a respite! We have a large family and pets, and each of us was not only comfortable and easily accommodated in the house layout, but also found plenty to do to occupy our downtime. The kitchen was well stocked, everyday supplies were readily available in ample provisions, and communication with the hosts was seamless and always a pleasure. We would not only highly recommend this home to other guests; we would be more than happy to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Denise’s Airbnb. It is located in a very peaceful area with a great view of the water. The grandkids enjoyed fishing off the dock. They reeled in a few blue crab and a kingfish (all were happily released after we snapped a few pics). We prepared Easter dinner in the well equipped and beautifully updated kitchen and enjoyed it at the large dining room table. The grandkids also fell in love with the neighbor’s dog, Dolly, and loved taking walks down the road to look at the goats. Lots to do in this area and we hope to stay here again! Thanks for everything.

The house was clean and spacious and the views were calming. The living room was really a place for gathering friends and watching the final four on the lovely sectional couch and giant loveseat chair. We ate our dinner around the dining table with plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room in each bedroom for our belongings. We walked to the beach and took the golf cart to the beach as well. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The only downside was there was not enough seats on the outside decks where we spent most of our time. There were only two chairs and a love seat. We would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay in Layden's place over the Easter weekend. There were five of us staying there and there was plenty of room. The house was super clean and bright. The pictures on the site very accurately displayed the house. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with necessities. Layden was very responsive to all our needs and pleasant to work with. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

This beach house was perfect four our family of 6. Being able to walk right out to the beach is amazing, and if you don't want to walk out to the beach, the view from the upper deck is fabulous! Amy's place had everything we needed to cook breakfast and seafood dinners. We appreciated the use of the house beach chairs - less items to travel with! Great local produce (Andrews Produce) down the road, we love going to the Seafood Market for the daily catch, and we tried Topsail Steamer (pot worked great on top of the grill). Great long weekend at Topsail and wish we could have stayed longer.

It has been a longstanding dream for my son and daughter in law to spend time on the Outer Banks-specifically Cape Lookout and the adjacent island with the wild horses. The central location of this home gave us great flexibility in planning the days' activities. The house is beautiful, welcoming in coastal charm and definitely exceeded our expectations. We were a multi generational group and the amenities included provided great options for all and a vacation getaway to remember. And, yes, for a little while, my grandchildren actually put down their electronic devices to enjoy pool or foosball.....a real success. Our hosts were wonderful, responsive and available-they checked in periodically to see if there was anything we needed or anything they could do to enhance our stay. My family has been coming to Emerald Isle for 40+ years and this was the first year I rented a place to bring more people. I could not recommend this house enough. It includes modern amenities and finishes that are hard to find in other Emerald Isle rentals. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need to host dinner which we did multiple times during the week. The back screened in patio was perfect for card games and hanging out while we waited for some rain to pass. The bedrooms were incredibly comfortable and each had its own in suite full bath. Getting to the beach is incredibly simple. For 5 people we loaded up the golf cart with chairs and coolers and took two bikes. 3 minute ride if that. Everything you could need for the beach is included. Finally, Monica and Michael were fantastic hosts and checked in to see if we needed anything. They even offered to reimburse us for tools to adjust one of the bikes. You can tell they love their home and enjoy sharing it. Thanks!
