Come and spend a pleasant stay in our comfortable house, close to all shops (bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket...). Just 2 km from exit 37 of the A77, it's waiting for you! Two bedrooms, equipped kitchen, living room, garden with barbecue, gym… Wifi and Netflix included. Private parking in front of the accommodation and free parking. Bed linens and towels are provided. The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Built in the 16th century on the banks of the Loire, the Manoir de Thiot and its guest house stand in a peaceful and green country setting. Just minutes from Nevers, the 3 ha estate is a beautiful vestige of a part of Burgundian history that we took care to restore in 2020. It is decorated with a large heated pool from the end of April to the beginning of October (if night temperatures exceed 10°), as well as a beautiful garden.

In Gondières, you can enjoy a peaceful stay, 3 minutes away from Nevers - the largest town in the department. Both gîtes (La Ferme & Le Pigeonnier) are located on a 5000 square meters plot of land. They are separate from the owner's home, offering plenty of privacy. No pets.
