Peaceful location, bus stop and supermarket within a 7-minute walk downhill; Kampler See, with a refreshment stop, is 10 minutes away. Free parking in front of the house. The local tourist tax of €4.80 per night per person (from 15 years of age) is payable upon arrival. Not a Stubai Super Card partner business.

Our guests have access to: a large living room, a new kitchen, a sunny conservatory, a bedroom, a small bedroom, an entrance hall, a bathroom, and a toilet. Also: large terrace and large garden for your use. Private parking space. Of course, we are happy to provide information to our guests and are usually available in person.

Welcome to the beautiful Stubai Valley. The flat is located in the rear third of the valley. From the garden you have a marvellous view of the snow-capped peaks of the Stubai Alps. Due to this exposed hillside location, the sun pampers you from morning to evening in the summer months and, combined with a gentle breeze, ensures a cosy temperature. A trip to Innsbruck is made easy by the good bus connections (bus stop 200 metres away)

The room in the basement has its own bathroom. Furthermore, there is a large lounge in the apartment including a very well-equipped kitchen and a garden. In the house there is also a ski cellar. The price includes the Stubai Super Card in summer.
