Vacation rentals with a patio in Neuss

Super nice property and a very cute apartment - really a magical place! Small tip: The last staircase is quite steep, I always thought carefully about what I was carrying up there, then everything has to come down again 😉 Great communication with Anne, the bed was comfortable and you will (for lack of blackout option) awakened by the sun. I liked it. Gladly again!

A spontaneous decision from me to book this accommodation and everything worked out quickly and wonderfully. The communication was easy and straightforward. The apartment is beautifully decorated. We felt very comfortable right away. If we are in this area again, this listing would be our first request.

The studio corresponded in all respects to the descriptions and is located on a park-like area. A feel-good environment with lots of greenery. You have to be able to handle the narrow bed (1.40 m) if you occupy the apartment as a couple. The access via a private road is unpleasant, as the neighbor has rigorously provided his property with speed bumps that are unpleasant to drive over. Orientation of the outdoor seating/terrace towards the north-east offers plenty of light and sun in summer.

It's a really nice apartment. Check-in was smooth and personal. The apartment owner's brother was very nice. There were cold drinks and sweets. The sofa bed was comfortable and it was clean. The only drawback: the WiFi did not work. Since we only tested it at night, we didn't make any further contact. We leave early in the morning. A solution would probably have been found.

An all-round successful stay! We felt very comfortable with Hans from the beginning. Communication was straightforward and fast – all information came in time, and Hans was always available for questions. The place was exactly as described (if not better): central, cozy and equipped with everything you need. You can tell that someone is making an effort to make guests feel welcome. We particularly liked the associated courtyard (here you can have a great breakfast) and the tasteful furnishings. Would definitely come back and can fully recommend the place. Thank you for the hospitality, dear Hans!

We stayed 4 nights during the Dokomi, there are several shops nearby, the apartment has great amenities and Gerd was so kind. He welcomed us warmly and showed us everything and immediately gave us a few tips where you can park well at the train station. We also talked to him a little bit when he handed it in. Always happy ☺️☺️☺️

Definitely very helpful and accommodating and nice. It was clean and if you had questions you could ask right next door. Unfortunately, not much came out of the faucet in the bathroom, otherwise everything worked out.

It was just beautiful! We lacked nothing, and we ended up living there for three months! Once we didn't have any baking paper, I asked if they could help us. What could you and the next day we had a whole pack lying in front of the door. Really attentive. This and many other friendly gestures really made this stay a second home. It is also super child-friendly. What can I say, if we didn't live in the neighborhood, we would definitely come back 😉

Big place with three separate bedrooms and very clean. Great bathroom and shower, kitchen has anything you need. TV is very easy to cast to when on the same WiFi. One bedroom is accessible through another, the floor downstairs is very squeaky and the lamp above the table isn't working - but those are the biggest - we could find. Really liked it!

It was a great stay. I'm sure I'll be booking with Svenja often. The house was decorated great for Christmas and communication with Svenja was really excellent! I can only give an absolute recommendation. If you want to go to Moers, the bus stop is within walking distance, as is the center of Schwafheim with various shopping opportunities. And especially important for me, the AWO Seniorenzentrum is also only 4-5 minutes by walk.

Tiny house with everything you need. Especially the kitchen utensils were great (new and high quality). The washing machine (with integrated dryer) was great. For more than a few days, the house would be too small and not private enough for us. The location of the terrace on the (after all very quiet) street, without greenery and vis a vis with the landlords was not so attractive. Under the roof, it can get very warm in the summer.

I had very good stay. Pretty house, warm host, beautiful garden, everything is awesome.

I celebrated my 30th birthday in the villa and everyone loved the huge space and possibilities you have on site.

Very uncomplicated host, friendly and helpful. The accommodation was great, very tastefully decorated, with creative solutions for a basement ambience. Anyone who values the opportunity to watch TV should have a suitable account (?) I don't know anything about it. Perfect for tired cyclists!

Super nice, large and modern furnished apartment with everything you need. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the apartment! Food and public transport connection as described in the description. Despite its central location, super quiet. However, it should be noted that the second bedroom can only be reached via a quite steep and narrow staircase, which can also be seen in the pictures, and therefore in my opinion is not suitable for mobile-limited and elderly people (however, the other bedroom is located on the first floor and is easy to reach). Host Daniela responds quickly to messages and answers all questions in a friendly and comprehensive manner. She was also able to give us some tips for exploring the city.😊

I had a wonderful stay in Stefano ‘s apartment.The location is very good,bus station,tram station are closed to the apartment.The apartment is very quiet,I can sleep very well ，there are lots of restaurants around the apartment,and they are very good. Everything is amazing,out of my expectations ,I strongly recommend this apartment.

very nice and clean accommodation, location and description accurate, Elke was a very nice and friendly host, we felt right at home, fast and easy communication, bed and couch very comfortable to rest after a busy day All in all we were extremely satisfied! There were no complications - we'd love to come back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gorden's apartment. The house is lovely, very modern and comfortable. We loved the garden and the neighborhood so much. There is a beautiful lake near by which was perfect for longer walks. Gorden was super friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more memorable! Will definitely go back and recommend to others!

My friends and I felt very comfortable! Everything was clean, tidy, we had space and the beds were super comfortable. The possibility of darkening the rooms with blinds was also great. Contact with Frederic and Weronika was easy, straightforward, and friendly. Should we need another accommodation in Mönchengladbach, we would definitely like to come back! 😊
