Zur Autobahn (A 52) sind es 4 min., 15-20 min. bis Düsseldorf, zur Messe sowie nach Mönchengladbach. Im OG ist die vollausgestatte Küche, ein Duschbad, Diele sowie der helle, große Wohnraum (32qm) und angrenzender Loggia. The rooms (38 m²) are located on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living/sleeping room, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. Washer and dryer can be shared for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people are possible for an extra charge. Bookings can only be made with a verified ID.

Our apartment is conveniently located near Düsseldorf. By car in about 12 to 25 minutes to Düsseldorf, about 30 minutes to Cologne Nevertheless, you do not have to give up relaxing nights, as we live very quietly. All shopping is within walking distance in a few minutes. Thanks to your own kitchen, nothing stands in the way of a healthy and delicious start to the day. Look forward to your own rebuilt bathroom in 2022 to end a stressful day.
