The apartment is about 30 square meters, consists of a bedroom with a bed 140 cm wide and wardrobe, the windows are darkened by roller blinds, an open living room with a 140 cm wide sofa bed and small dining area; small kitchen with fridge, 2-burner stove, sink and microwave combination unit; balcony, as well as a shower room (tub about 15 cm high) with toilet and a small storage room. Final cleaning with surface disinfectant. Bed linen is washed when guests change.

Bus connection right outside the door (direction LukasKH). The whole apartment was renovated in 2023, including new window and bathroom.
