Great location and cozy modern ground level apartment. Super clean and you have everything you need. Beautiful views as well and walkable to the lake.

The apartment is very spacious and was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The terrace is huge. Water, coffee and hot chocolate were provided to us. We lacked nothing. Patrick was a very friendly host. Thank you! We will be happy to come back.

I want to say a special thank you for all the things you provided which really felt like home for 2 days. The house is lovely and 2nd floor of a building. Heike has taken care of every little thing that you might need whether it be bath accessories or food/fruits in the kitchen, this gave us a feeling of being at home and all others things in the apartment were also top notch. There is a reserved parking for car plus we used it as a center to discover Cologne and Dusseldorf. Very close to petrol pump, shopping mall and restaurants. Thanks a lot again for everything Heike we will visit again :)

The apartment fully met my expectations. Great for one to two people. You have your privacy and it is pleasantly quiet. The host is easily accessible and very friendly. The furnishings of the apartment are super modern and you feel really comfortable.

The apartment was absolutely awesome I was on a bike tour with my kids. This apartment was one of three we had on our tour. Huge old building directly on the Ruhr and therefore only a few meters away from the RuhrtalRadweg. We were able to park bikes in the slimmed-down garden. The apartment under the roof is huge and super modernly furnished. In the apartment, a huge balcony and outside a roof terrace where I could still enjoy my beer in the sun at 9 pm. The kids, on the other hand, were watching movies on a huge TV, It was all perfect. THANK YOU We would have liked to have stayed longer. On the next tour, we would definitely book again Achse....The Baldeneysee is also right around the corner

We felt very comfortable, the apartment is beautifully decorated and we didn't miss anything. Communication was straightforward and our questions were clarified quickly and competently. The location of the apartment is in a quiet residential area, free parking is available right outside the door and you can quickly reach the nearest supermarket. Cologne is easily accessible. Those who want to distance themselves from the city and enjoy their evening will find a little paradise in this apartment. For an apartment in an apartment building, this apartment is one of the best addresses in all of North Rhine-Westphalia. Although I was only there for one night for work, I felt absolutely welcome and at home from the start. I travel a lot for work and therefore know numerous BnBs! This apartment is really a little oasis and an absolute recommendation! Okay. The underground parking was not so easy to find at first, because the whole residential complex is a bit winding. Unfortunately, there is no elevator to the 3rd floor. None of that matters once you unlock the door. I was very satisfied, also with the entire communication. For me, this apartment is an absolute favorite. I'll be back!

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was nice, nice rooms, very nice bathroom, and a balcony. Especially cosy a nights, and with a nice natural light during daytime. Great communication with the owner. We would stay in the apartment again.

Dennis was an Excellent host who was quick to respond and very helpful with local knowledge. Myself and three friends found this place perfect for our two day trip to PhantasiaLand, with comfy beds and an excellent kitchen, would highly recommend to anyone.

The apartment is very spacious, very well equipped and ideally suited as a starting point for activities by car. It is located in a commercial area with corresponding direct surroundings and commercial activity during the week. It was ideally suited for us.

We stayed in the beautiful Bergisch Gladbach in Umut's apartment for a few days. Umut is a superb host. The instructions for the apartment worked perfectly. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. One floor above the apartment is a pool and sauna that can be used. Shopping facilities are easily accessible on foot. We'd come back any time, as it's a beautiful area and Umut is a great host.

Flexible checking in, could easily arrive late at night. Clean room with a nice kitchen and bathroom. Very friendly owner. Would come again!

we had a great time at Wilfried's, his apartment is as described and you will feel at home. You can easily find places to park around the building and the shops are not very far away. You could find a moment of tranquility by going to the swimming pool which is also in the building.

It was my first time in Germany. From the beginning she was very helpful to gave me the all instruction about public transportation. Her Husband Rodrigo also very kind. The house is beautiful, safe, near to tram and train station. She speaks English very well to communicate. Everything was perfect with this place. If I will visit Cologn, I will choose here again and again.

Great location for me going to a conference all week at the Messe. Close to bus stop from the Flughafen Düsseldorf, and the streetcar either into town or to the Messe. Lots of options like ride sharing, bike and scooter sharing. The apartment was in a great building with very nice people. The apartment was just as described in the listing. Very clean and I felt at home.
