Villa vacation rentals in Neukölln

We felt very comfortable, especially because the cottage is super child-friendly with sandbox, high chair, children's dishes... and when we wrote Moritz that a few things are missing in toys for infants, he immediately ordered new ones. The house is beautifully decorated, very quiet, was very very clean and tidy. In addition, the house is equipped with top appliances and utensils (in the kitchen, for example), we lacked nothing 🙂

Interesting place. You are provided with privacy with nature

Beautiful cottage settlement directly on the lake. The house is well equipped, not super high quality but totally fine. The bathroom and especially the shower in the upper floor could be renewed, which is now outdated. A music system in the living room would be great. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly reception. The employee working there is very attentive and accommodating, as we have rarely experienced. Great praise for this!! We had a great stay and would be happy to come back here.

Dear Philipp, We felt very comfortable with you, from check-in to check-out it was a dream in this special place! You could see in every detail, both in terms of the interior and in terms of the incredibly refined garden design, how much professional work you put into the renovation of the substance, which is very admirable! A great place to celebrate an early Christmas with the family. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms but very narrow beds. The kitchen is very well equipped with all kinds of things, but there were only three kitchen towels and no extra toilet paper and household roll. Which got a little difficult at one end. If you love old-fashioned chic, this is an ideal spot.

There were six of us and we had a lovely time here over New Year's Eve. There was plenty of space in the cozily furnished villa with a cute fireplace in the "salon." The kitchen also has everything you need. We can therefore recommend the beautiful villa :) the contact was also very nice!

A fantastic lakeside spot with stunning views. The use of paddleboards, rowing boat and floating sauna really added to the experience. The house itself was big and well laid out, with plenty of room for the 3x couples that stayed (though worth noting two of the rooms are adjoined). The house had plenty of amenities, with plenty of kitchenware for us to cook in (which we did several times) and a projector in the living room for watching films. Marcel was very helpful, replying quickly to questions. There is a large shop and a couple of Italian restaurants, as well as a bus stop into town, just over the road which was very convenient. All round a great stay!

We had two wonderful days in Wandlitz and can fully recommend the accommodation. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired and offer numerous opportunities to make the stay pleasant and varied. We were particularly enthusiastic about the direct access to the lake – a real highlight that perfectly completes the stay. The personal contact person on site was also a big plus: It was very helpful to get direct support for spontaneous questions. All in all, a completely successful stay – thank you for that!

Very good stay in a nice and well positioned house

We had a great weekend in the house - the house has a great charm, invites you to relax and is super nicely located. Our favorite places were in front of the fireplace, at the large dining table and at the table tennis table :)

Magical Space for Celebrations - Anne created a wonderful atmosphere in the house; the moment you arrive in large space in the upper floor you feel like celebrating. The generous kitchen is in the middle of the room, so some people can cook while still being together with the otheres. At nights the public gate to the Sanssouci Park closes, and you have the entire park to yourself. Anne was very kind and helpful, already concerning some questions before the trip. When something didn't work she came over at once and fixed it. We enjoyed talking to her. I totally recommend this location.

Maik is an extremely friendly host, very flexible to arrange arrival, very reactive to requests. The room is very comfy, private, calm and the house in a peaceful environment ; my only regret is not having the proper weather to enjoy the garden and swimming pool during my short stay.

Rochus and his dog were excellent hosts, very friendly, patient and pleasant. The house is beautiful and has everything you need to have a pleasant stay. It is very well connected to public transport, there are some supermarkets in the area and in general it is a cozy and quiet place. We recommend it.

One of the best Airbnbs!!! Everything is just great - underfloor heating, garage, the house is super nice and at the same time practically furnished and communication was quick and very pleasant with Josefin. I would love to stay here!! It is exactly as in the pictures, very clean, and you have everything you need in the kitchen. The entire neighborhood is also very quiet - I'm sensitive to noise and was able to sleep deeply. Thank you so much for everything and 'd love to come back - hopefully soon!

The house had 3 nice bedrooms a super well equipped kitchen, it felt home very rapidly. The open space with three dining room and living was very spacious and comfortable and the garden is very nice. The pool was a very nice addition. Depending what your plans are, keep in mind the house is about 15 minutes walk from the S-Bahn. So going in Berlin downtown can take 49-50 minutes. We ended up spending more time in the area than expected and enjoying beautiful hiking and walking spaces.
