Direct parking location, about 180 m to the shore. The studio is thoroughly cleaned after every visit, and the surfaces are disinfected. Check in/out via key box.

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

In addition to the large kitchen-living room, there is the adjoining bedroom with direct access to the quiet terrace (40 sqm). This apartment also has its own shower room, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer. A covered carport by the house can be booked on site.

This wonderful new 120 m² attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighborhood (quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The living space is 130 square meters. It is 1 km to the nearest supermarket and about 20 min. by car to the center of Berlin. Great connection to BVG. The center can be reached in about 45 min. by public transport.

Vom Ankerplatz des Bootes auf der Rummelsburger Bucht erreicht ihr mit dem Tretboot schnell und einfach das Ufer und der Bahnhof Ostkreuz ist von dort nur in 10 min zu Fuss entfernt. Mit einer Größe von 13,5 x 4,5m bietet es jede Menge Platz und von der Dachterrasse aus habt ihr einen tollen Uberblick ueber die Rummelsburger Bucht.
