Vacation rentals with lake access in Neukölln

Kiki's place is beautiful, calm and peaceful. She was friendly, helpful and accommodating even before we checked in. The kitchen and common areas are spacious, with excellent amenities for cooking meals and relaxing and spending time together. All bedrooms look towards the lake, and provide privacy. The house looks into the lake, and the sauna is a short walk away from the dock (where you can jump in!) The experience was wonderful, and even better than what we'd imagined when booking. We proposed Kristine to rent her apartment for a special occasion and at all times she was flexible, understanding and helped us a lot with all the management!! My partner's birthday was a success and it's thanks to Kristine and her family. The place has its own charm, 10 minutes walk from the most beautiful lake in Berlin (in my opinion) and in a very quiet area. It was a pleasure!!

Really cool vacation spot for people who are looking for a quiet place with lots of little activities to do. They had an awesome garden and on the Lakeside with its own rowboat. Antje and her daughter took really good care of me as well would 100% recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property was even more beautiful than the photos—spacious, immaculately clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. We had a wonderful stay at Martin’s place. Some of the photos really didn’t do the place justice. Everything was clean, neat and was like a home away from home. Shops super nearby and within walking distance. All in all - perfect for our family stay of 3 💕

For my purposes, an internship at BER Airport, super suitable (20 min by car). Super quiet environment with beautiful location on the lake, ideal for running or taking a walk. The room and bathroom were very clean and the amenities were very good. The only thing that was missing a bit (due to the size of the room also difficult to implement) was a slightly larger (clothes) closet or storage space. Communication with the landlords and also the neighbors was super nice.

We were invited to a wedding and were looking for a place to stay with many other family members. It was a great fit and in addition to the beds, you also have more options for sleeping. That means there are several sleeping places. Also, it was clean and there were a lot of things you could use for the stay.

What a beautiful apartment! It is a little apartment but it felt really spacious and comfortable. Not far away from it, there is a grocery store where you can get all what you need and there is also a park right at the river side, great for walks or just to chill and enjoy the weather John was a great host, very friendly and responsive. Hope we can visit again soon!

Over Easter 2025, we were in the pretty and quietly located apartment, where we immediately felt very comfortable and "at home." The apartment was very clean, is well and practically furnished and perfectly equipped with everything that is needed. Communication in advance was friendly, unproblematic and helpful; the reception then on site very warm. Even between the days of our visit, the contact was very nice, straightforward and caring. The small, bright apartment in the basement is particularly lovingly and skillfully furnished. I felt very comfortable. The well-connected, yet very quiet location is unbeatable. The lake is right next door and invites you to take walks or swim. Sybil is an attentive host who communicates well. I highly recommend the neighborhood.

Karl was an excellent host and always responded to my doubts quickly. The home has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

We had a comfortable time and were able to relax very well. Our child was never bored, it always had something to discover. Overall a very nice place to stay, which we are happy to book again.

As a family with three children and dog, we enjoyed the accommodation very much. Walking to the S-Bahn through the forest no problem, rather an adventure when it becomes later from Berlin. The important things are really clean: bathroom, kitchen. Comfortable beds, and totally cozy under the roof. Oven turned on quickly and warms everything. In the living room, a lot of books. Our son read through the comics. Except for our youngest, we have all seen wild boars at the house. For this, she collected and left the ladybugs free under the roof. Overall everything very reduced to the essentials in great natural surroundings, which did us very well. Thank you Maarten!

The place is super nice, we had a very relaxed time. The furniture in the garden is very comfortable and you can relax and eat outside in good weather. Communication with Doreen was very easy. Everything was clean, the bed very comfortable. We would mist definitely visit again. The area around the house is also very quiet, and you can also reach the lake quickly. 10/10 ⭐️

We as a family of five felt super comfortable in the hut village. Andre is a wonderful, very accessible and communicative landlord. That's how you want it. The boat tour offered was top class!!! We are happy to come back to Groß Köris. Best to you and your wife, dear Andre.

We enjoyed the time very much. For two families with 3 toddlers, the converted barn is perfect. It's all there, what you need. Stairs can be tricky in the house, but no problem for 2-4 year olds. The garden is fantastically landscaped and very well appointed. The swimming spot in the immediate vicinity is absolutely suitable for children. As a rule, there was very little going on there, so we were often almost alone. The place Lünow is extremely quiet. Brandenburg a.H. is a stone's throw away by car. Bicycle paths in the area are rare. The bakery by bike is via unpleasant country roads. However, the stork bike path running along Lünow is very nice.

We had a wonderful vacation with Kerstin and Jörg and will definitely be back. We felt at home and were helped when needed. The garden directly with lake access is a dream and especially in autumn the sauna and the fireplace were great. Just the right thing to relax :)
