Vacation rentals with lake access in Berlin

Perfect stay. Very large and comfortable bed, great shower. Desk available for working. Beautifully decorated. Everything very clean. Super quiet surroundings, right in the middle of nature. Recommended to escape the hustle of the city. Philip was very friendly and accommodating, thank you for the pleasant stay. We would love to stay again!

We proposed Kristine to rent her apartment for a special occasion and at all times she was flexible, understanding and helped us a lot with all the management!! My partner's birthday was a success and it's thanks to Kristine and her family. The place has its own charm, 10 minutes walk from the most beautiful lake in Berlin (in my opinion) and in a very quiet area. It was a pleasure!!

Nice cosy home for a larger group of people.

Really cool vacation spot for people who are looking for a quiet place with lots of little activities to do. They had an awesome garden and on the Lakeside with its own rowboat. Antje and her daughter took really good care of me as well would 100% recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Martin’s place. Some of the photos really didn’t do the place justice. Everything was clean, neat and was like a home away from home. Shops super nearby and within walking distance. All in all - perfect for our family stay of 3 💕

We had a wonderful time in this great apartment with three children and felt very comfortable. Excellent connection to public transport, great restaurant tips from Sebastian and the apartment was exactly as described and very clean. Absolutely recommended!

For my purposes, an internship at BER Airport, super suitable (20 min by car). Super quiet environment with beautiful location on the lake, ideal for running or taking a walk. The room and bathroom were very clean and the amenities were very good. The only thing that was missing a bit (due to the size of the room also difficult to implement) was a slightly larger (clothes) closet or storage space. Communication with the landlords and also the neighbors was super nice.

As a native Berliner, I always like to return to my hometown of Berlin. What was extraordinary was that I had never arrived home in Karlsruhe so relaxed. The location is so beautiful and the tranquility and surroundings so conducive to regenerating at night....perfect for a sensitive person. It felt like coming home. Thanks for that. We would have liked to talk to Tim. He is a sailor and how could it be otherwise...he was sailing. Maybe next time.

The apartment is located in a quiet and pleasant environment – perfect for relaxing. I was warmly welcomed and guided through the apartment right at the beginning, which left a very good first impression. If I had any questions or concerns, I was always helped quickly and kindly. Everything went smoothly, and I felt very comfortable. I will be happy to come back – absolutely recommended!

We were super happy with the place. The amenities were perfect, there was nothing missing. We loved the large garden for private use with terrace, deck chairs and porch swing. Communication with the host or her mother was very good. She was always very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place, the area is also beautiful and the proximity to Berlin is a plus. Therefore 5 stars for everything. Will definitely visit again.

We were at Sybil's for the second time. We immediately felt at home. The apartment is lovingly and tastefully furnished. Particularly nice for us was again the large terrace from which we had a great view of the park-like garden. We could reach the Schlachtensee directly through the garden door. This lake is a real gem, both for swimming and for walking. The path around the lake is also perfect suitable for a jog. Sybil is the perfect host!!! For our day trips to Berlin city center and also to Potsdam, we have the S-Bahn lines within walking distance used. That made our tours very relaxed. We will definitely come back again.

Neli's accommodation is superbly equipped and generously sized. Everything you need is available, including extra linens and towels. Neli was always available and responded quickly. We were there with a baby and toddler and got along wonderfully; there are plenty of toys and space to run and play. At night, it is quite loud according to the location, but you accept that when you book in the middle of Friedrichshain. Public transport in all directions can be reached in a few minutes. We felt very comfortable!

The apartment, located directly on the lake, is very suitable for four people. From the living room, kitchen and one of the bedrooms, you have a beautiful view of the lake. From a private jetty you can jump into the lake and swim wonderfully. Hanne responded very quickly to questions and was very helpful. We highly recommend the place and host.

Whether owl or summer house, both great

We felt very comfortable and at home in the cottage. Heavenly location on the Spree, you are all to yourself. The entire super furnished house could be used incl. Leisure equipment and deck chairs. What a gift to discover this B&B! A fairy tale house with incredibly sweet and sincere residents. Perfectly located between Potsdam and Berlin. Close to a station (3km). Fantastic breakfast. Good beds. Clean and well maintained. Don't hesitate, book!

We had a wonderful few days in Yvonne's house. The hosts took a lot of time to give tips for the area and to facilitate a smooth check-in. The house is an absolute dream with its location by the lake. We really enjoyed the garden and the access to the lake. We also went by boat on the lake with our children and swam. My big one was also happy about the piano and played every day. So it was a great getaway! We will be happy to come back!

We spent a nice week together as friends with our children. The two/three huts were good for spending time together as well as retreating separately. The covered terrace is great and we spent most of the time there with food, etc. Communication with the host was straightforward and we also liked the boat trip very much with the children, a nice end to our trip.

We had an amazing time at this cabin! The space is beautifully decorated, super clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The private garden is a peaceful little retreat, and the lake is just a 10-minute walk through a gorgeous forest—perfect for swimming and relaxing. We spent the whole weekend enjoying nature, cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, and unwinding in this cozy space. It was such an easy one-hour drive from Berlin, and we honestly couldn’t have been happier with our stay. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Beautiful accommodation, great for large groups. We were eight adults and two toddlers. The kitchen is well equipped and of high quality. For the children, everything was also available, including various high chairs, potties, etc. And the children's room was packed with great toys and books to read. The garden of the property is spacious and beautiful. The lake is very close. Communication with Stephan was easy and pleasant.

We had a wonderful time in this house – such a cozy and high-quality home is really rare. The many natural materials and the loving, thoughtful design ideas have given us great pleasure and inspired us. Kai and Katja are extremely warm and pleasant hosts.
