DasGeburtshaus der "Marlene Dietrich. Im 3. Stock im Hinterhaus befindet sich das Apartment. Es wurde renoviert in einem Stil, der Elemente eines Industrielooks und der, der 50 Jahre. Das Apartment hat 43 qm und ist ein offener Raum. Das Bad ist mit einer Glaswand vom Wohnraum getrennt. Die Küche ist offen in den Wohnraum integriert. Der Schlafplatz ist auf einem Podest. Es gibt auch ein WLan.. Vor der Türe halten 2 Buslinien,. Anbindung an die S-Bahn ist nur ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Our small guest house is well connected, but still far away from the hustle and bustle of Berlin. In the middle of the forest and only a ten-minute walk from Lake Müggelsee, our house offers the perfect accommodation for a short vacation in the countryside or for day trips to the city. Up to four people will find sufficient space on 30 m² and with the well-equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and fireplace, no wishes should remain unfulfilled. Fantastic houseboat in the middle of Berlin

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

The approximately 43 m² non-smoking house is located on a large property in a quiet location. It is about 100 years old and has been lovingly renovated and converted by us. We live in the neighboring house on the same property. The nearest tram stop is about 7 minutes away. Supermarkets and restaurants are similarly close. 1 bedroom with double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) 1 living room with open kitchen, sofa bed and dining area Bathroom with a shower. Small seating area in the garden.

The houseboat is firmly located in the home port of Citymarina Berlin Rummelsburg and is only 7 kilometers from Alexanderplatz. You do not need a boat license because the houseboat cannot be moved.

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Our vacation bungalow B2 is located with another bungalow (B1) on a large property on the banks of the Müggelspree. It is comfortably equipped and offers many possibilities for relaxation and sports activities. Parking is ample. Bikes and paddle boats are free to use. The charming surroundings and the exciting city of Berlin invite you to explore. The location is in a recreational area and therefore guarantees plenty of rest and relaxation.

auf dem Grundstück unseres Schmuckstücks "Chalet Rotbuche" und doch mit separatem Eingang befindet sich unsere neue kleine Schwester, das "Tiny House Rotbuche". Das Haus ist gemütlich und 26 qm klein, hat aber alles zu bieten, was man von einem entspannten Aufenthalt erwartet. Vom WLAN, über TV bis zur Kaffeemaschine ist alles da. Man kann direkt vor dem Grundstück parken und auch das Fahrrad kann abgestellt werden.

Living in nature even though you are in the middle of the city. And if you don't want to use the well-equipped kitchen in the trailer yourself, you can find food in the garden restaurant of the Lobe Block.
