Loft vacation rentals in Berlin

I have stayed in Alexander's apartment several times and this stay was perfect again. Alexander is a very accommodating and helpful host. The apartment is very well equipped and despite the immediate proximity to the S-Bahn quite quiet, especially in the bedrooms. A huge plus is also the location in close proximity to Museum Island and other sights in Mitte. A supermarket and other shops are less than 5 minutes away and there are numerous restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity. I'll be more than happy to come back!

Very spacious apartment with a lot of great couches and a nice dining area and kitchen. The apartment was quiet and relaxing. I also really enjoyed the deck, with a great view of the city. The neighborhood was really nice and close to great shopping and nice restaurants. The host and his representative- Frank, were very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Sven is a super host. very helpful, funny and friendly guy. am thankful to Sven for letting me check in early in the morning to his gorgeous home. he gives clear instructions and great recommendations to dine at Ong cat! highly recommend as your base in Berlin, lodging is super comfy, beautiful, cozy.. and I like talking to Alexa daily for some good Spotify music haha!

True Berlin gem! I really enjoyed my time at this loft in Berlin. Communication was perfect and super fast from the start. Check-in was smooth and really friendly. The loft... the photos honestly don’t do it justice. Pretty surreal being in there! Fernsehturm on one side, Oberbaumbrücke on the other. Across the river, there's always something interesting going on, especially on sunny days. The gym was a nice bonus, and everything in the apartment worked perfectly. It had everything we needed for an amazing stay. Highly recommend this place. I'll be back for sure. Thanks again! :)

Traditional simple loft apartment on the third and top floor of the house. It was very quiet at night in the house. Train traffic next door made noises and agreed. Great location in a quiet part of the city and reasonably close to shops, bus lines, as well as the S-bahn station. Franzeska was a good hostess who always responded immediately and patiently advised if needed.

Exceptional loft and super cool hosts. The flat was amazing and the photos don’t do justice. Location was great and communication with Lorant was so smooth. Definitely coming back to this gem.

A fantastic place; furnished with a lot of love and style. Great equipped kitchen, very cozy bed. You feel right at home. Quiet yet in the middle of lively Kreuzberg. A gem!

We had a wonderful stay as a family (2 adults, 2 children). The loft was exactly as described, very nicely designed, clean and absolutely suitable for our needs. We were personally greeted by Jan, although we only arrived late in the evening. The car had a safe place in the courtyard. Also noteworthy is the beautifully designed courtyard with Mediterranean flair and seating. By tram, you are in the center in about 25 minutes without changing trains, the stop is just around the corner. We will be happy to come back!
