Ich habe schon mehrfach in Alexanders Wohnung übernachtet und auch dieser Aufenthalt war wieder perfekt. Alexander ist ein sehr zuvorkommender und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und trotz der unmittelbaren Nähe zur S-Bahn recht ruhig, vor allem in den Schlafzimmern. Ein riesengroßes Plus ist zudem die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Museumsinsel und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Mitte. Ein Supermarkt und andere Geschäfte sind keine 5 Minuten entfernt und es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants und Cafes in der direkten Umgebung. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Very spacious apartment with a lot of great couches and a nice dining area and kitchen. The apartment was quiet and relaxing. I also really enjoyed the deck, with a great view of the city. The neighborhood was really nice and close to great shopping and nice restaurants. The host and his representative- Frank, were very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

True Berlin gem! I really enjoyed my time at this loft in Berlin. Communication was perfect and super fast from the start. Check-in was smooth and really friendly. The loft... the photos honestly don’t do it justice. Pretty surreal being in there! Fernsehturm on one side, Oberbaumbrücke on the other. Across the river, there's always something interesting going on, especially on sunny days. The gym was a nice bonus, and everything in the apartment worked perfectly. It had everything we needed for an amazing stay. Highly recommend this place. I'll be back for sure. Thanks again! :)

Sven is a super host. very helpful, funny and friendly guy. am thankful to Sven for letting me check in early in the morning to his gorgeous home. he gives clear instructions and great recommendations to dine at Ong cat! highly recommend as your base in Berlin, lodging is super comfy, beautiful, cozy.. and I like talking to Alexa daily for some good Spotify music haha!

Studio-Loft Rummelsburg - work and live!

Fourth time here, always a pleasure. This time with a friend/collegue, an extra comfortable airbed was arranged in the second room. Second room has no curtains though, it can be very light early morning, sleep eye mask advised, also goes a bit for the main room if you like to sleep in. We were able to do some proper brainstorming work while we were there. So, also for something like that it is a great place. Will be back again in a couple of weeks and looking forward to it.

Wir hatten als Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Loft war genau wie beschrieben, sehr schön gestaltet, sauber und für unsere Ansprüche absolut zutreffend. Wir wurden persönlich von Jan empfangen, obwohl wir erst spät am Abend angereist sind. Das Auto hatte einen sicheren Platz auf dem Innenhof. Hervorzuheben ist auch der schön gestaltete Innenhof mit mediterranem Flair und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Mit der Tram ist man ohne Umsteigen in ca. 25 Minuten im Zentrum, Haltestelle gleich um die Ecke. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein wunderbar kreativer Ort, der alles bietet was man braucht. AU ist ein super Gastgeber, bei welchem man sich rundum versorgt und wohl fühlen kann. In der Umgebung hat es tolle Kaffees und Läden. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Wir haben uns bei Evi und Ihrer Familie sehr wohl gefühlt.Bereits der Erstkontakt war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die ruhige Umgebung und direkte Waldrandlage war für uns mit unserer Hündin einfach nur perfekt. Auch die Verbindung mit der S 1 Richtung Berlin City ist völlig kompliaktionslos und somit steht einem schnellen Hinkommen zu einem Seightseeing Trip der Berliner City auch nichts im Wege. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung von Herzen weiter.

This apartment was a perfect place to touch down in Berlin for a few days. The location is terrific- fabulous coffee shops, charming neighborhood, quiet and yet right around the corner from the action - it suited us perfectly. Also, I loved how much natural light floods the apartment - little sitting decks and skylights made the apartment (which is on two levels) feel like being in an aerie, high above everything, yet cozy. Little touches like my favorite Aesop brand of soaps, were welcome. And although we didn’t do any cooking, the kitchen was well outfitted for making dinners and sitting in the lovely, glassy dining area. This apartment is a wonderful little find and we would happily stay there again!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Wenn man diese auch zum schlafen nutzt, sollte man wissen, dass man den Schlafbereich nicht komplett abdunkeln kann. Das war für uns aber nicht problematisch. Es ist eine super Ausstattung vorhanden und die Kommunikation war toll. Gerne wieder!
