Vacation rentals with a patio in Neukölln

It was a perfect stay all around. Close to the airport but very quiet. Cozy balcony! You can tell from the beginning how much love was put into the details in the apartment. It's fantastic and so cozy. You feel right at home. Communication is a 1 plus⭐️! Everything was explained openly from the beginning, such as how things work. Super really We will be happy to come back. 🫶🏼

Nice apartment, very well located. Well equipped and pretty clean for us and our two small children. Playground in front of the door, supermarket around the corner. A few small things can be improved: For 4 people, there should also be 4 chairs at the table. There were only 4 glasses in total and, for example, no corkscrew/waiter's knife. Not suitable for people who like to have it dark in the bedroom because there are no external blinds. Unfortunately, the curtains are only 90 percent lightproof, which in combination with the numerous streetlights in front of the door can be disturbing.

Very bright apartment surrounded by greenery, in a quiet area well served by public transport. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Holger was very kind to also provide us with the high chair and the cot for our little girl, and was very flexible with both check-in and check-out times. We felt right at home.

I was very happy to meet Martin. He is a very honest, kind, and reliable person. His house was absolutely perfect — very clean, tidy, and well-organized. Martin was always helpful and responded quickly to any questions or needs we had. This was honestly one of the best holiday experiences I’ve ever had. The place was beautiful, with easy access to the lake, and we had a wonderful and relaxing time there. Thank you so much Martin! I wish you all the best and happiness wherever you are. Very cute apartment with a nice terrace in a cool area of Berlin!

We stayed for two weeks while visiting family. It was the perfect place -- clean, quiet, lovely spaces and delightful garden views. Many fine shops and restaurants and a very good grocery store are about a 12-minute walk. The S3 U-bahn runs into the city centre, ant it's also a 12-minute walk. We've already booked a return trip! I stayed at this lovely place for a week, in that time Anica and maxim were both extremely friendly and helpful. They left us to it yet we felt right at home. It was an absolute pleasure staying at their air bnb, everything was extremely easy to use and had everything I needed for my whole stay. Very nice quiet location just outside the centre of Berlin. Meaning after a busy day on your feet exploring the city you can head back to relax and unwind in peace. Couldn’t recommend them both enough. Once again thank-you for an amazing pleasant stay. My daughter and I had the best time in Berlin! Caner met us at the apartment and could not have been more helpful, including some great local restaurant recommendations. I loved the area—super easy from the airport, very near the canal, lots of bars and cafes nearby. We loved wandering around and exploring. Also really easy to get to other parts of Berlin and we were close to the U station. The apartment was just like the photos—really clean, super quiet, and very comfortable. Highly recommend!!!!

We spent a week here as a group of 6 friends and had a fabulous time. The house was generous in size, well laid out and beautifully decorated and furnished. We made full use of the fantastic kitchen which had everything even a demanding cook might desire, and shared great meals in the gorgeous dining room (which can comfortably seat 10 or 12). Having two supermarkets (Aldi and another one) within 5 minutes walk was a real plus.) The three bathrooms were great and the beds very comfortable. (The 'toddler bed' is in fact a full size single bed.) Re location: it mostly took us close to an hour to travel by public transport to destinations in the centre, something to be mindful of. We'd warmly recommend this place for larger groups.

The apartment is as described and very tastefully decorated - it even exceeded our expectations. It can very well accommodate two couples or a family. Everything was very clean and above all quiet, as it is an apartment in the backyard, which is very nice and quietly located. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity where you can have a good breakfast and eat. We would book it again and again and were extremely satisfied.

We felt very comfortable immediately in this special accommodation. The cottage is in a very quiet street on the edge of a forest area and close to the lake. You first pass through a natural garden, where there are various resting places. The pallet chill-out corner right next to the entrance is particularly beautiful. Upon entering the cottage, you immediately land in the open living area, in the middle of which is the fireplace, for which a lot of wood is available. A steep small staircase leads to the upper sleeping area. Everything was very cozy and tastefully designed. We really enjoyed our stay, which was also helped by the sauna. We highly recommend the accommodation, but also point out that it would be advantageous to have a mobile support, as it is already a bit off the beaten track.

The home was perfect for a vacation to the outskirts of Berlin. we stayed with a group of six. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was very clean. We enjoyed the patio outside and the neighborhood was beautiful and family oriented. Highly recommended.

Very nice place to stay, everything newly renovated, in a quiet location. Approximately 45 minutes from Berlin city center, also super accessible. Landlord was always easily accessible. Flexible check-in times after consultation. I can only recommend it, gladly again.

We spent 6 wonderful days in Cathleen's vacation home. It is wonderfully quiet in a beautiful residential area a few minutes' walk to the beach. The garden is an idyll, and Robby or Schaf, the lawnmower, ensures a very nice lawn. We made daily use of the terrace either at the table or in the comfortable lounge. Everything works perfectly and we highly recommend the vacation home. Our four-legged friend also liked it very much here.

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. We really felt at home. We loved the location and found it easy to take the U Bahn or S Bahn everywhere. A great neighbourhood and quiet street. Definitely recommend.

My wife and I recently embarked on a two-week adventure around Europe, starting with the beautiful city of Berlin. We were truly captivated by the charm and vibrancy of the city, and we found that many attractions were easily walkable, making our exploration even more enjoyable. We loved this apartment. Very serene interior. Loved the light and space. Lots of living space. Good facilities and a wonderful kitchen.

As someone who has stayed at dozens of Airbnb’s, I can say that this was definitely in the top 1%. My husband and I stayed here for a month in May, and it was wonderful to “come home” every day to such a comfortable, pleasant and expansive space. In addition to the elegant and creative design, we loved the light and views over the rooftops. I slept like a baby on the super comfy bed, lounged on the comfy sofa, and worked comfortably at the large dining room table. Two large bathrooms were a luxury. A huge walk-in closet. Delightful rooftop patio. Well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is on a quiet and bright street, close to multiple forms of transportation, cafes, restaurants, and shopping (giant supermarket across the street). Easy to get anywhere. Our host, Eric, was extremely helpful, a font of information, and a delightful and charming human being. He was very responsive both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again, not to speak of moving in forever!

Great place! So close to public transportation. The flat is on the top floor, so there are a lot of stairs (no lift). I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with limited mobility. But otherwise, everything is definitely worth it! Absolutely gorgeous view from the balcony. Hosts are very responsive and helpful!
