Our flat is located around the corner of beautiful Weissensee lake. In the near proximity there are supermarkets and restaurants, as well as close access to tram station. We rent out the sleeping room which has a berlin-made futon mattress, a screen, a cupboard and a working station with adjustable-height desk, screen and chair. In the hallway to the bathroom there is a comfy leather couch. The kitchen is self-built and has all necessary tools, as well as spices, sauces, coffee beans.

Recently the micro neighbourhood is showing some very good food options and nightlife opportunities.

This flat is a little gem: bright kitchen equipped with everything you need, nice and spacious bathroom, lovely bedroom with balcony overlooking the park, large living room with sofa bed and another generous balcony. On top of this, beautiful paintings and an artistic touch throughout the apartment, which makes it simply nice to be there. Train and metro station are just a 5 minute walk away, it is really easy to reach the flat from the BER airport. Aldi and Lidl nearby, and many cafes and restaurants, just not enough time to try them all! Reannon has been a great host, she replies in no time, extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you for making our stay in Berlin so enjoyable

Tolle Wohnung. Alles wie im Inserat versprochen. Sebastian war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber und hat sich sehr gekümmert. Z. B. Kurzfristig einen zweiten Schlüssel organisiert. Wir hatten sogar Wetterglück und konnten die Sonne auf beiden Terrassen geniessen. Wir kommen wieder 😎

Die Wohnung wurde mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet und ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll. Das Bad ist auch sehr schön und es waren sogar Zahnbürsten und Hygieneartikel vorhanden. Die Küche genügt vollkommen um ein Frühstück zu machen, Brötchen gibt es sofort um die Ecke. Eine Tchibo Kapselmaschine ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral und nur wenige Gehminuten von der U-Bahn Haltestelle Schöneberg entfernt. Berke ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Vermieter und alles hat super ohne Probleme geklappt! Immer wieder gerne !!!!

The stay was very beautiful and located at a very good area. one of the best areas in Berlin. Beautiful views from the windows and balcony. Since we aren't from central Europe we found it little difficult to understand how to use the outside blind, maybe some more instructions on how that could be used would be nice.

I had a fantastic stay at Marine’s apartment in Kreuzberg. It was perfectly cozy and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent—right along the canal with a beautiful view, super walkable, and close to the U-Bahn, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. Marine was an incredible host—super communicative, friendly, and very flexible with my check-in. It was a great deal for the area, and I’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

A genuine one-of-a-kind apartment. Everything about this place is unique - the vintage record players, the neighborhood, and most of all the rooftop meadow and views across Berlin. Leave all your expectations at home and just accept this place for what it is - an original space for a Berlin artist. I absolutely adored this place and the neighborhood of Kreuzberg. Tom was so helpful with answering questions about the apartment and what to do in Berlin. A truly magical place.
