Nearby swimming lakes, hiking in the Danube Valley, Hohenzollern city of Sigmaringen with castle., Überlingen about 30 minutes. The apartment is equipped with a 1.60 x 2.00 m bed, kitchen, flat screen TV, children's travel bed on request, separate mattress in the kitchen-living room possible. Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

You can walk at the renatured quarry lakes and in the surrounding forests. Some of the quarry lakes have been converted into spacious natural beach baths. A bike path leads right past the house. The Upper Danube Valley, Lake Constance and the Swabian Alps are between 10 and 30 minutes away by car.

You have a fully equipped kitchen with cooking island, a large bathroom with walk-in shower. In the apartment is a large bedroom with a double bed in the size 180/200. In addition, in the area of the living room, there is a pull-out couch with the dimensions 140/200. All our beds are equipped with toppers. Towels on site.

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.
