The Cozy Apartment No. 118 is located in the Hotel Quellenhof in the spa park in the spa town of Bad Urach, not far from the waterfalls. The apartment has been stylishly and cozily furnished by me and it offers enough space for four people. It has four sleeping places and the apartment is equipped with everything you need for a nice and relaxing stay. Children up to the age of 6 are free. On the balcony you can relax and enjoy the view of the spa park.

You can easily access it via the separate house entrance. The outdoor area of the apartment includes a large covered terrace, a lawn and an idyllic garden pond with a jetty. You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. The house is located in a small place on the edge of the Swabian Alps, short distances directly into beautiful nature with many cycling and hiking trails. In winter, cross-country trails are available in good snow conditions. Ski lifts are approximately 15 km away. The famous outlet city of Metzingen with over 500 premium and luxury brands can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

The apartment is located in a semi-elevated location of Esslingen with a fantastic view of the city. The quiet location on a cul-de-sac guarantees relaxed living. The cozy living-dining room invites you to linger and the spacious bedroom guarantees soothing relaxation. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and the bathroom is bright and modern. Two small terraces are available and invite you to a sundowner at the end of the day.

In the middle of Stuttgart and yet in countryside

With this comfortable apartment , all the important points of interest are close by-making planning your stay very easy. The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway . The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.
