Vacation rentals with a patio in Neuffen

Jordana is very gracious, we were allowed to stay an hour longer because of the time change. There were five of us. The apartment was super clean, the only thing we were missing was a slightly larger table where we could have breakfast together. The location of the apartment is very close to the city, you can walk to the city center without any problems. Everything is fine, we will be happy to come back.

The apartment was very clean, with a large roof terrace and a well-equipped kitchen. There was even a large gas grill, but we didn't use it. In a very quiet residential area, but within walking distance of the station and the old town. All in all satisfied!

Everything one or two people need for a short stay in Stutrgart. All amenities and facilities provided, as advertised. The property is set amongst green gardens on the side of a hill. Very quiet, but with easy access to the city centre. The only thing to note, as the owners say up front, is that there is a last quite steep set of steps to get to the property. Not suitable for anyone with health or mobility issues. But very common in the city given how hilly it is!

Very nice place in a good area

We had a wonderful time in the sauna oasis! Location is perfect – quiet yet central, with hiking trails starting right outside the door. The apartment is very well equipped and really lacked nothing. Everything was clean and lovingly prepared. In addition to the fantastic views of the castle, the absolute highlight was of course your own sauna – a real feel-good experience after a long day of hiking. Thank you for the great accommodation, we will be happy to come back!

The studio is really great. Very cozy and quiet and above all very very clean (sparkling clean;)) with large terrace with table and chair, which invites you to linger in appropriate weather. In the kitchen there is everything you need, as well as in the bathroom. Great, extremely friendly, helpful and flexible host (check in time). I felt right at home.

I really enjoyed my 1 week vacation in the enchanting accommodation. The house is in a totally quiet location and the view of the hills and forest landscape is outstanding. The host Marco and his mother are very attentive and accommodating. I'll be back!

i am a native of the area and was in the area with my husband and our dogs for a private occasion. The "cottage" has charm and a great feel good factor. The view of the forest and the location are really classy and unique. Marie and Raoul were communicative hosts and everything went smoothly. Since there were only two of us, we only used the ground floor. The bedroom there was very nice and very comfortable. Since we both had to work, the internet connection was very important to us. The speed was quite ok, no highlight but it was enough for video calls and streaming in the evening. It's not possible to download larger files. Another highlight is that there is wine from Raoul's band to buy. I thought it was great and he also tasted good ☺️

Me, my husband and our 4year old daughter spend our winter vacation at the cottage, upon arrival there was candy and an apple with a reindeer on it, for our daughter (which she appreciated very much) The cottage was super cozy, and clean. Comfortable bed and the sofa turned in to a bed for our daughter but you wouldn’t notice u were sleeping on a sofa, it was really ergonomic. There is parking space in front of the cottage which was very nice. We have nothing negative to mention. We loved the heating system on the wall, even when it was -5°C. outside at night we never got cold. If we ever want to stay in the same region we would definitely book with Thomas and Daniela again. ⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Michaela and Daniel are super nice hosts who have created a unique apartment with a great touch. The entire stay was a complete success. In addition, a very friendly and extensive communication before the arrival contributed with detailed information about the apartment, a variety of excursion tips and even individual support for the last miles when arriving by train. The apartment itself is very special and combines great historical charm with the amenities of life. We felt very comfortable as a family with an average of two teenage children and are already looking forward to the next visit.

It’s a well functioning apartment if you travel like we did. 4 colleagues going to the fair. If you travel as a family you might miss a living room to watch tv. But for us it was perfect.

The apartment was 100% according to the description and the pictures. We didn't miss anything, the decor was very cozy. The landlord is very nice and friendly, we felt at home. We would book this apartment again at any time.

The place was really very comfortable. Everything was available. We didn't use the cozy terrace so often because we were on the go a lot, but it always invited us to rest. Thomas and Bärbel were super friendly and always helpful and responsive. On a rainy day, we were even allowed to use the in-house table tennis table in a covered camp. We would recommend this place anytime.

We had the best time! Julia's house is beautiful, cozy, and has everything you need and more. Her taste on decoration is exquisite and the house has a homey feeling to it - we never felt we in an "Airbnb" but rather we felt feom the beginning more like at home. There is everything to cook your meals in terms of lithchen accessories. The living room is super cozy, we spent Chtistmas time there and, despite it being Winter, we had sun almost everyday coming into the living room. There is also a toof deck were you can see the horizon and the sunsets. The neighborhood is quiet and you cam easily walk to some nature or take public transport and go to Suttgart. There is a baker very close by. Five out of five stars!

Wonderful stay with Swantyee. We enjoyed the proximity to the forest and also the slight seclusion of Bad Urach in a slightly elevated location. The conservatory was a dream to be in. Also the spacious room layout. We did not miss anything about the equipment. We felt completely comfortable. If we were to come back to the region, we would definitely choose this place again. Absolute recommendation.

The apartment was clean and the location is 3 min walk to the outlet. Residential area was very quiet. Private parking very important in the area. I would be happy to come back.

Was great. No complaints. Excellent and highly recommended.

We immediately felt comfortable at the place. The furnishings are of very high quality, tasteful and absolutely functional. Communication with the host was very nice and straightforward. He was right there when there was a problem. You are quickly in the countryside, but just as fast at the bus stop to reach cities such as Stuttgart, Esslingen or Ulm.

Kapka was very responsive and helpful, we were able to leave the luggage until the desired time. The accommodation is super comfortable and quiet. We were able to enjoy Stuttgart while being in a peaceful place. Transportation works great. I highly recommend the thermal pools, they are great. We'll be back without a doubt!

Truly amazing home- so peaceful with great views. The apartment has everything you could ever need. Andreas and Louisa were super friendly and very helpful with recommendations- it’s a short drive to Stuttgart and has secure parking. Wish we could have stayed longer than 2 nights.
