My accomodation is close to public transportation (city railroad to the airport of Munich or to the Center of Munich) as well as restaurants in our marketplace. You will live in our completely new renovated attic flat you may reach via our together used stairwell. You will love my accomodation because of the quiet surroundings and the cosiness. My apartment is located in Karlsfeld in the north of Munich. It is very nice and is equipped with Internet Wi-Fi. It is absolutely quiet, in very good surroundings, on the 2nd floor, without an elevator. Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, restaurants, cafes, beer garden, pizzeria, McDonald's, tennis court, swimming lake within walking distance. Good parking options. Bus: 100 m (10 min ride to the S-Bahn) S-Bahn train: in 20 minutes in the center of Munich.
