The apartment is in the middle of the old town in a barely traveled alley with separate entrance. The apartment was renovated in 2018 with soundproof windows, new heating, bathroom, kitchen, kitchen, and bedroom. The location of the apartment is ideally suited for excursions to Munich, the Alpine upland and of course also to the Erding thermal spa.
