Because the unit is partly below ground level, it receives a bit less natural light, which keeps the temperature pleasantly cool in summer. One very comfortable box spring bed, the second bed is a good quality pull-out sofa-bed that pulls out to a queen size. We've an extra single bed we can put in at your request. Separate kitchen, large bathroom and hallway. Kids and pets very welcome. Washer & dryer available in basement. Communal staircase.
