The accommodation (75 square meters) is completely renovated, furnished with passion and care. It runs through the entire house. Welcome to our spacious apartment right in the center of Neuchatel (pedestrian street). There is a lot of light entering the apartment, warm during winter and cool during summer. Walking distance from the train station (7 mins), bus stops (1 min), parking (1 min), supermarkets (1 min). Please note that in the summer evenings there may be noise from the people in the pedestrian street if sleeping with the window open. Very quiet when closing the double glazed windows.

At the rippling fountain and hidden in the former farmhouse from 1878 is our lovingly furnished apartment with a view directly into the barn, the fountain and the horse stable. Le Coteau is a superb 94 m2 apartment with a 17 m2 winter garden and a 106 m2 terrace overlooking the lake and the Alps. The lake is a 10-minute walk for swimmers, the forest is 3 minutes for hikers, the supermarket is 1 minute, the bus stop is less than a minute, the train station is 5 minutes and the city center is 10 minutes. Welcome to the Prés-Voirmais farm. It's a family farm, Patrick works there with his daughter Sandra and his stepson Aurélien. It's a nice secluded farm to spend great family time. All our animals are very nice and they are used to children. The playground with slide, swing and pool are available for fun. The grill is also available for your use.
