Two-room apartment on the lower ground floor, just a 2-minute walk from Lake Murten and another 2-minute walk from the Broye River. Because the unit is partly below ground level, it receives a bit less natural light, which keeps the temperature pleasantly cool in summer. The kitchen is fitted with food processors and all basic utensils. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Access via 10 steps. Children and dogs welcome. Noise is not an issue, and the apartment is well insulated.

One very comfortable box spring bed, the second bed is a good quality pull-out sofa-bed that pulls out to a queen size. We've an extra single bed we can put in at your request. Quiet studio for a couple (crib possible) all comforts with terrace (garden furniture available from spring to autumn) Free parking in front of the property. Walking access from the bus is 20min away, very steep climb. Separate entrance. The studio is in a secluded house. Beautiful views from the terrace to the lake and the Alps. One of the starting points for the visit of the Areuse gorges. Washer and dryer available as needed. Well behaved and affectionate dog accepted.
