Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Markus and Susi. The environment is beautiful and peaceful. Overlooks farmlands and horses grazing with the sound only of birds to wake you in the morning. convenient to grocery store for essentials. A bus connects to the S Banh. Apartment is very comfortable and spacious. Markus and Susi and family were helpful and friendly . we loved staying here. thank you so much.

The accommodation was spectacular, I would say that the photos don't do justice to what the place and the neighborhood really are, since it was wonderful. Despite being a little far from everything, it helped us to be calm, relax and from there go out to our visiting destinations. I would definitely come back again.

Was my first Airbnb and got along great with the two. Everything was very easy and worked on its own with the two.

I visited the lake for the second time, everything was perfect again. Petra and Klaus are very warm hosts. The apartment is beautiful to spend a few quiet days in a fantastic environment.

We were completely satisfied with the apartment as well as the contact with Johannes. According to the description, we expected a parking space right at the apartment, which was a selection criterion for us. Unfortunately, a parking space could only be used in the public space near the apartment and was sometimes difficult to find there because parking bans were signposted due to construction work. For our taste, the bed was a little too soft, but this is not a criticism but our personal preference. Johannes always asked if we needed anything else, but everything was fine for us and everything we needed was available.

really an excellent host, helped with everything and was easy to communicate with. He greeted us with very kind treats at home and the board he wrote our name on was a very nice gesture. The house was clean and peaceful. I would definitely recommend it, a perfect house and host.

The space was really lovely and huge. It does look just like the pictures. It was bright and airy and very clean. The little balcony on the back garden was nice. Comfortable beds and two washing machines so we got a lot done! Would definitely recommend.

The description and pictures of the apartment fit perfectly. Everything was well prepared and clean. We felt right at home. The apartment is recommended for a stay in Munich. Especially if you arrive by car. There is parking at the apartment and you can take the S-Bahn to Munich HBF in 20 minutes and can leave the car at the apartment. Communication was great and the check-in instructions were perfect and everything was very straightforward.

We had a fantastic stay at Rainer’s home during our trip to Munich. The property is spacious, newly renovated, and beautifully furnished with a warm, inviting interior that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the large, well-maintained backyard—our kids absolutely loved playing there, and it provided a perfect space for us to relax. The home is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy access to scenic walking trails, which we enjoyed exploring as a family. There was also plenty of parking space available, which made things very convenient. Rainer was a wonderful host—attentive, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and offered great local recommendations. Overall, this was a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Rainer’s home to anyone visiting Munich and surrounding area.

Our family just spent a week in Chris’s home while visiting Munich and Bavaria. It was the perfect home base for taking the train into Munich (station is a 2-minute walk down the street), as well as day trips we took to drive to Fussen, Berchtesgaden, and Salzburg. The home was beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless. Many extra amenities and items were provided, we felt right at home! Chris was available to meet us in person but we opted to do a later check in to tour Dachau on our way, so he sent me very detailed videos and instructions on how to get the key from the lockbox and how to work the cooktop, lights, instructions for recycling etc. We loved the restaurant recommendations Chris gave and ate at both the local German restaurant/biergarten and Italian restaurant twice each. Both a quick (5 minutes or less) walk from the house. The house worked perfectly for our family of 5 - plenty of room to spread out and room for more. The extra half bath was nice to have as well!

The house was clean, spacious and nice! It matched exactly the pictures. It was in a quiet area with lots of parking spots outside. The host was very responsive and kind! We enjoyed our stay.

Mikail is a great host - helpful, very nice and proactive! The house is furnished as shown in the photos, lovingly and also very clean! We are 10 people and a Toddler there, the size was more than sufficient for us! I can only recommend the accommodation when visiting Garmisch :)

Although our recent trip to Bavaria included castles, amazing cuisine and incredible sights, one of our fondest and most special memories will forever be meeting Hubertus and Jennifer. You will not find two more caring, more thoughtful hosts and our stay at their cottage was absolutely wonderful. The love and warmth they put into their cottage is self evident and reflects in almost every detail of their home. From the handwritten welcome note and bottle of wine we received on arrival to their recommendations and helpful tips as we navigated the surrounding areas, we felt as though we were staying with old friends and were looked after with such special attention and care. My husband and I feel so grateful to have met them and could not recommend others to book a stay at their cottage strongly enough. Thank you again for everything! It truly was a perfect stay :)

We immediately felt comfortable here. The apartment is lovingly furnished with details, well maintained and clean. The highlight is the terrace and the location is great with the proximity to the lake! Frank and Domenik were very friendly and helpful and the communication was relaxed. I'm sure we'll be back!

The apartment is great, we felt very comfortable! It really has everything you need. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and we were allowed to leave our luggage on the day of departure, so we could spend another day at the lake. Rainer is very warm and helpful. The fruit provided, the champagne to welcome and the sweets were very sweet. We would really have liked to have stayed longer - if we are drawn to Schliersee again, we will be happy to come back to this apartment!

We immediately felt at home. The home is very cosy and clean, all amenities are in walking distance. Also, good location to do some excursions to Munich or the mountains. We really enjoyed our stay and the very friendly hosts !

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

Excellent stay at Franziska's! The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located less than a mile from the train station, providing easy access to Munich and day trip destinations. Gauting offers wonderful restaurants and cafes to explore as well as a beautiful walking trail that runs along the river. Franziska was exceptionally responsive and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommend - thank you for a memorable Bavarian experience!

The apartment is located about 5-10min walk from the Rosenheimer Platz S-Bahn Station providing peace and quiet at night. There is also the Motorama Shopping plaza above the station with has an Aldi, HIT, DM, and other conveniences. The apartment is cozy, with a Murphy bed (to generate extra space), couch, TV, Balcony, small kitchenette area and is comfortable for 1-2 people. Adi was very proactive, provided clear instructions and even provided us with a week’s worth of water bottles, juices, and chocolates which was a very nice gesture. Overall, it was a good experience and would definitely recommend staying here.
