Das neu renovierte Apartment unter dem Dach hat 65 qm und verfügt über einen separaten Eingang in einem Einfamilienhaus. Die Treppe ist relativ steil. Es ist vollständig und neu eingerichtet. Auch eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner gehören zu dem Apartment. Die Anbindung ist sehr gut. Zum Bus sind es 4 Minuten und zur S-Bahn 11 Minuten (jeweils zu Fuß). Nach 20 Minuten Fahrt ist man in der Münchener Innenstadt

It's wonderfully quiet at night night. Forgot charging cable? – No problem. Rain outside? – No problem. Quickly cycle to the bakery? – No problem.
