I'm offering a luxurious house (I'm partly there too, but stay completely in the background) with the best equipment, e.g. underfloor heating, washing machine, office technology, garage, (bicycle) workshop, large garden. Hamburg can be reached by car in about 30 minutes, the Elbe and Hamburg-Harburg in about 15 minutes. The Lüneburg Heath is right outside the door. There is a small glider airfield in the village. It is possible to arrive by train - the best way is by car or bike.

The house on the Schafwedel is quietly located, about 3 km from the town center. It was renovated in 2024 and has a spacious living room, a new kitchen with a fridge-freezer combination as well as 4 bedrooms with 1.20 m wide beds and 1 bedroom with a 1.60 m wide bed.
