Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Nettuno

Sergio fully deserves to be called a Superhost. It was extremely easy for us to communicate with him as he replied to all our requests quickly enough and his English is great. The apartment is very well equipped. Initially, we wanted to stay in a hotel with the breakfasts included. But then we've found Sergio's place on Airbnb and loved it at first glance. Cooking (and not only breakfasts) was not a problem at all as the kitchen included everything one may need. Sergio also provided us with a couple of bottles of water, milk, olive oil, salt and pepper, flour, spaghetti, different sauces and jams, coffee. Everything else we could by in the supermarket around the corner. The bedroom has a big wardrobe with plenty of shelves and hangers which was especially appreciated by my wife. And our 4 years old son was more than happy with the Samsung Smart TV in the living room as he could watch his favorite cartoons on YouTube. The location of the apartment is great as it's close to the port and beach with the big selection of bars and restaurants. Everything is in walking distance. We also found Sergio's recommendations for the local restaurants very useful.

Tutto bene , ormai siamo ospiti fissi da Francesco . Monolocale ben tenuto e pulito, ci sono tutte le cose necessarie per cucinarsi. Inoltre si trova in una zona facilmente raggiungibile e ricca di centri commerciali. ottimo

Äuserlich nicht besonders schön und in einer uninteresanten Vorstattlage aber , innen , sehr schön gestaltet . Tolles Zimmer . Super Frühstück! Empfehlenwert !

L'appartamento è pulito e ordinato, curato anche l'esterno. I locali sono ampi e luminosi. L'alloggio è ben fornito ed attrezzato. L'ospitalità degli host è stata molto apprezzata (acqua fresca, cesto frutta, snacks e caffè. La sig.ra Mariarosa e il marito Paolo sono cordiali e disponibili. La casa e la zona sono tranquille e silenziose. In 15 minuti a piedi si può raggiungere sia il litorale di Torvaianica che il parco acquatico di Zoomarine

È stato un soggiorno breve ma intenso, veramente tutto impeccabile, appartamento gestito e curato nei minimi dettagli, host veramente super disponibile. Posizione ottima anche per girare a piedi. Non ho veramente nulla di cui lamentarmi, qual’ora ci tornassi saprei sicuramente dove alloggiare.

Mauro è una persona deliziosa. Ci ha accompagnato a visitare la riserva naturale di Tor Caldara, il cimitero inglese e questo è sicuramente un plus. Per quanto riguarda l’appartamento, è rispondente alle fotografie ma dal vivo si nota una certa trascuratezza: i pensili della cucina sono neri (non azzurri), probabilmente hanno perso la laccatura, e mancano alcune ante; la doccia ha una tenda a chiudere, decisamente poco igienica; nella camera da letto per i ragazzi, i muri sono tutti segnati - non un grande problema, ma rende la stanza poco attraente. Mauro paga sicuramente un po’ di inesperienza nella gestione del check-out ma nel complesso la valutazione è positiva. Unico neo il giardino, che non ha alcuna siepe a mantenere un po’ di privacy: le persone che passeggiano nella via (più di quante immaginassi), inevitabilmente guardano all’interno - ma sono tutti educatissimi e salutano!

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. Marina was so helpful and whenever there was an issue, it would be sorted out quickly. There was an issue with the air conditioning the first night but it was resolved quickly the next day. Would definitely come back here again.

Both the agency and most of all the house owner were very nuce and helpful! The owner came to pick me up at the train station and was always prompt and available for any issues or questions. Highly recommended!!!

My family and I loved nearly everything about this villa. The entire property was beautiful and very well kept. Anna was very communicative throughout our stay which was very much appreciated. It would have been helpful to have a clearer picture of the transportation situation, with having to schedule rides due to things like the grocery store being out of walking distance. We also would’ve loved to have more detailed information about the town so we could schedule time to explore. Overall we very much enjoyed the amenities and we would certainly stay again!

Eine ganz wundervolle Unterkunft mit toller Dachterrasse! Wir haben jeden Tag in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen und würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen! Besonderes Plus : Luca ist ein wirklich toller, netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir haben uns auch hier ganz wunderbar aufgehoben gefühlt.

I had a wonderful stay in Rome. Valeria is very friendly and helpful. The house is within walkable distance from Aprilia station. You can get a direct train from Rome Central to Aprilia and reach in 30 minutes. The cat is very friendly and quiet. There is also a supermarket right below the Bnb and the area has many bakeries and pizzerias as well.

Ótimo apartamento amplo, reformado e com toda comodidade. Anfitrião muito simpático. Super recomendo.

We had a great stay, the place is absolutlly fantastic with amazing view first line at the beach,amazing sunset, super clean , huge teraces and the host very responsive and friendly. The apartament is equiped with everithing that you need and even more. Walking distance there are a lot of great restaurants ,shops , supermarkets and a lot of things to do. For sure its a place where you feel like home so we trully recomend it and we will come again as soon as we can . We even received beers, wather and a lot of drinks . Thank you so much Joseph and for your father also ! Keep the great work that you do! Its amazing when you meet people and places like this !

The location is very convenient, in the center of Aprilia. Every hour there is a train to Rome. The room was very clean. Valeria was helpful in everything we needed. She organized transfer to airport for us. And the two cats were friendly! If you like cats you must rent this room!
