Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Nettuno

The area is quiet and quite enjoyable. Claudia is a very nice host and was always prompt and welcoming. We had a wonderful time.

Noi ci siamo follemente innamorati, prima di Simona, e poi del posto. Siamo così felici che ora prenotiamo immediatamente altri soggiorni per non perderli. Lo consigliamo vivamente a chiunque, alle coppie, alle famiglie. La casa è bellissima, il giardino un sogno, l ‘idromassaggio un diamante. Qualsiasi cosa profuma di pulito, le vibrazioni della casa sono pazzesche, in due giorni sarete rinati, Andate perché ne vale la pena, noi con i bambini e il cane non avevamo mai trovato niente di così perfetto prima. Vi lasciamo un pezzo di cuore ♥️

Vacanze top, siamo stati in questa bellissima villa. Grande con tanti letti, due bagni di cui uno con idromassaggio. Giardino molto grande. Dietro la casa una campo molto grande ma soprattutto recintato, per chi come noi viaggia con i cani è il posto ideale. Tutto ben curato e un orto a disposizione con tanti pomodori, ortaggi e basilico fresco. La sera abbiamo sempre cenato sul portico dietro la villa dove abbiamo goduto del fresco serale. Paolo purtroppo non l'abbiamo conosciuto di persona ma siamo stati sempre in contatto telefonico ed è stato molto attento alla nostra permanenza. Noi ci torneremo di sicuro. Eravamo 6 più due cani e avanzavano le camere. Nota negativa, quando vai via ti manca la casa. Grazie Paolo

Kjeld's house was amazing. The terrace and the view are beautiful and if you want to see Cori and the surrounding area, it is well located. Kjeld responds quickly and is available for any problems that arise. However, it is not clear from the a and it was not well communicated despite specifically asking that the accessibility of the this property is very difficult. It is 153 uneven steps down from the parking and about 300m. So large suitcases are not recommended. You can drive a small car within about 50m of the property for unloading but you need a skilled driver. No parking there. Also, within the property, there is a 12-15 step staircase to enter and 20 steps to get to the bedrooms as well as about 25 uneven and narrow steps to the terrace. All well worth it but not the right place for you if you have anyone in your party with any mobility issues. Otherwise the house was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. We would love to stay again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Il mio soggiorno in questa splendida villa vicino a Nemi è stato semplicemente perfetto! Immersa nella tranquillità della campagna appena fuori Roma, la villa offre un rifugio sereno con viste mozzafiato sulla natura circostante e sui laghi. L’atmosfera è incredibilmente rilassante, il luogo ideale per staccare la spina dopo una giornata alla scoperta dei borghi e dei siti storici della zona. La villa è impeccabile, spaziosa e arredata con gusto, dotata di ogni comfort per un soggiorno davvero piacevole. Anche gli spazi esterni sono meravigliosi, perfetti per gustare un caffè al mattino o un bicchiere di vino la sera, immersi nella quiete. I padroni di casa sono stati accoglienti e attenti, facendo in modo che tutto fosse perfetto per la mia visita. Se cerchi un rifugio di pace vicino a Roma, con facile accesso alle bellezze dei Castelli Romani, questo è il posto ideale. Non vedo l’ora di tornare!

Le logement est propre. correspond à la description. les chambres sont spacieuses. 2 sdb ce qui est pratique pour les grandes familles. TV dans chaque chambre. une sdb avec douche et une autre avec baignoire. pour se rendre a Rome où autre il est utile d'avoir la voiture. Marco est très accueillant et arrangeant. je recommande

Het was voor ons een heel prettig verblijf. In een heel nette woning. Zou er graag nog eens heen gaan. Met een extra dank naar de zus van Romano die steeds vlot reageerde op onze vragen. Nogmaals bedankt! Martijn, Sandra, Alexandra en Tessa van Egmond

Bellissimo appartamento, comodo rifinito e pulitissimo, Emanuela super gentile e disponibile...ho passato due notti davvero bene e in relax vista la posizione della casa fuori dal rumore e dal via vai cittadino.. tornero di certo ☺️☺️

Danilo ist immer erreichbar und kümmert sich sofort. Unsere Teenager waren sehr glücklich, jeweils ein Zimmer für sich alleine zu haben. Und das Highlight sind natürlich die Schildkröten und der tolle Garten. Die Villa ist zwar schon etwas älter, aber mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, besonders die Galerie ist außergewöhnlich.

We had an absolutely excellent experience at the bamboo villa! The pool and outdoor area were amazing—perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with the family. The host Daniele was exceptional, incredibly friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The location was ideal for day trips to Rome, making it easy to explore while having a peaceful retreat to come back to. Our children loved it so much and none of us wanted to leave! We would definitely return in a heartbeat. And thank you Daniele for your hospitality and the perfect start to our holiday.

très beaux extérieurs avec une vue magnifique. accès par un petit chemin privé sur une plage. restaurant en dessous de la maison très sympa (un peu bruyant dans la nuit du samedi soir nous concernant). Daniela et Erik sont très réactifs. maison très agréable. quelques éléments à rénover.. electricite et salle de bain. un très bon séjour pour notre famille avec nos 4 enfants.

Stefano ist ein super Gastgeber. Sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und bin dankbar für den Tag, den ich dort verbracht habe. Das einzige Manko ist leider der Lärm der Autos und der Flugzeuge, die draußen zu hören sind. Im Haus ist es aber ruhig und man kommt gut zur Ruhe. Danke für alles.

Six of us (two grandparents, two parents, two children 8 and 9) loved the house, garden, dogs, chickens ( and their fresh eggs), and the warm hospitality of Susanna and Antonio who were extremely generous hosts. We came for a week in the Easter school holidays. It was easy to get into Rome by train and a short drive to the coast, to picturesque mountain villages and the wonderful garden of Ninfa. Planning is advisable for opening hours and tickets. There is a gazebo for outdoor dining with a barbecue, a swimming pool and much more. It was described by the 9-year old as ‘paradise’.

Der Garten des Hauses war traumhaft schön. Auch mit Außendusche, Sitzmöglichkeiten, ohne Einblick von außen. Das Haus war groß und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schade war, dass die Schränke komplett voll waren und man seine Kleidung nicht einräumen konnte, sondern aus Koffern leben musste. Die Dusche in einem Bade war defekt. Uns hat das nicht gestört, da wir die Außendusche traumhaft fanden und immer nutzten.

Ivano è stato subito caloroso e gentile dal momento in cui abbiamo prenotato la casa. Eravamo un gruppo abbastanza ampio di persone e nonostante questo Ivano ha fatto di tutto per venire in contro alle nostre esigenze. La casa è meravigliosa e abbiamo passato un capodanno molto bello.
