Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Nettuno

The area is quiet and quite enjoyable. Claudia is a very nice host and was always prompt and welcoming. We had a wonderful time.

We fell madly in love, before Simona, and then with the place. We're so happy we're booking more stays right away so we don't miss them. We highly recommend it to anyone, couples, families. The house is beautiful, the garden a dream, the hot tub a diamond. Whatever smells clean, the vibrations of the house are crazy, in two days you will be reborn. Go because it's worth it, we with the kids and the dog had never found anything so perfect before. We leave you a piece of heart ♥️

Kjeld's house was amazing. The terrace and the view are beautiful and if you want to see Cori and the surrounding area, it is well located. Kjeld responds quickly and is available for any problems that arise. However, it is not clear from the a and it was not well communicated despite specifically asking that the accessibility of the this property is very difficult. It is 153 uneven steps down from the parking and about 300m. So large suitcases are not recommended. You can drive a small car within about 50m of the property for unloading but you need a skilled driver. No parking there. Also, within the property, there is a 12-15 step staircase to enter and 20 steps to get to the bedrooms as well as about 25 uneven and narrow steps to the terrace. All well worth it but not the right place for you if you have anyone in your party with any mobility issues. Otherwise the house was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. We would love to stay again.

Immersed in the tranquility of the countryside just outside Rome, the villa offers a serene retreat with breathtaking views of the surrounding nature and lakes. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, the ideal place to unwind after a day of discovering the villages and historical sites in the area. The villa is impeccable, spacious and tastefully furnished, equipped with every comfort for a truly pleasant stay. The outdoor spaces are also wonderful, perfect for enjoying a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening, immersed in the quiet. The hosts were welcoming and attentive, making sure everything was perfect for my visit. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat near Rome, with easy access to the beauty of the Castelli Romani, this is the place. Can't wait to come back!

The accommodation is clean. Matches the description. The rooms are spacious. 2 bathrooms which is convenient for large families. TV in each room. A bathroom with shower and another with bathtub. To get to Rome or elsewhere it is useful to have a car. Marco is very welcoming and accommodating. I recommend it.

Beautiful apartment, comfortable, finished and very clean, Emanuela super kind and helpful... I spent two nights really well and relaxing given the location of the house away from the noise and the city's hustle and bustle... I will certainly return ☺️☺️

Danilo is always available and takes care of things immediately. Our teenagers were very happy to each have a room to themselves. And the highlight is of course the turtles and the great garden. The villa is a bit older, but decorated with a lot of love, especially the gallery is exceptional.

We had an absolutely excellent experience at the bamboo villa! The pool and outdoor area were amazing—perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with the family. The host Daniele was exceptional, incredibly friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The location was ideal for day trips to Rome, making it easy to explore while having a peaceful retreat to come back to. Our children loved it so much and none of us wanted to leave! We would definitely return in a heartbeat. And thank you Daniele for your hospitality and the perfect start to our holiday.

very nice exteriors with a magnificent view. Access by a small private path on a beach. Restaurant below the house is very nice (a little noisy on Saturday night for us). Daniela and Erik are very responsive. Very nice house. Some things to renovate... electricity and bathroom. A very nice stay for our family with our 4 children.

Stefano is a great host. Very accommodating and helpful. I felt very comfortable and am grateful for the day I spent there. The only drawback is unfortunately the noise of the cars and planes that can be heard outside. In the house, however, it is quiet and you can relax well. Thank you for everything.

Six of us (two grandparents, two parents, two children 8 and 9) loved the house, garden, dogs, chickens ( and their fresh eggs), and the warm hospitality of Susanna and Antonio who were extremely generous hosts. We came for a week in the Easter school holidays. It was easy to get into Rome by train and a short drive to the coast, to picturesque mountain villages and the wonderful garden of Ninfa. Planning is advisable for opening hours and tickets. There is a gazebo for outdoor dining with a barbecue, a swimming pool and much more. It was described by the 9-year old as ‘paradise’.

The garden of the house was fantastically beautiful. Also with outdoor shower, seating, without any outside view. The house was big and we felt very much at home. It was a pity that the cabinets were completely full and you could not accommodate your clothes, but had to live out of suitcases. Shower in one bath was broken. This did not bother us, as we found the outdoor shower fantastic and always used it.

Ivano was immediately warm and kind from the moment we booked the house. We were a fairly large group of people and despite this Ivano did everything to meet our needs. The house is wonderful and we had a very nice New Year's Eve. I highly recommend it
