Family-friendly vacation rentals in Nettuno

I had a great stay in Stefania’s home! It was safe, clean and ideally located. Possible to park car nearby and very clear instructions. Would definitely recommend!!

Vacanze top, siamo stati in questa bellissima villa. Grande con tanti letti, due bagni di cui uno con idromassaggio. Giardino molto grande. Dietro la casa una campo molto grande ma soprattutto recintato, per chi come noi viaggia con i cani è il posto ideale. Tutto ben curato e un orto a disposizione con tanti pomodori, ortaggi e basilico fresco. La sera abbiamo sempre cenato sul portico dietro la villa dove abbiamo goduto del fresco serale. Paolo purtroppo non l'abbiamo conosciuto di persona ma siamo stati sempre in contatto telefonico ed è stato molto attento alla nostra permanenza. Noi ci torneremo di sicuro. Eravamo 6 più due cani e avanzavano le camere. Nota negativa, quando vai via ti manca la casa. Grazie Paolo

A haven away from the hustle and bustle of Rome. Only a 15 min drive from the station where you can hop on the metro and be at the heart of the city in 15 mins. The house was really well equipped set in beautiful gardens that are perfect for relaxing in after a busy day. Licia was there to greet us and was welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area giving us some great tips on what to do and where to go. Highly recommended.

Très belle endroit calme et paisible, cadre magnifique. Une propriété de qualité, bien entretenue, parfait pour se relaxer et se reposer. La villa est très propre. Situé à proximité de la gare pour se rendre à Rome (30 min de train). Patrizia est très accueillante et souriante, vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans une magnifique villa typiquement italienne

Melanie è stata una host impeccabile: è stata reattiva e ci ha dato indicazioni chiare. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto molto in ordine, pulito, e le istruzioni per utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il vino offerto di loro produzione. Ottima struttura per prendersi un momento di relax. Consigliato! Noi ci torneremo sicuramente!

Catia était très réactive en envoyant des instructions bien illustrées pour accéder au logement. la présence d'un centre commercial et la gare à proximité de l'appartement le rend très pratique.

Der Garten des Hauses war traumhaft schön. Auch mit Außendusche, Sitzmöglichkeiten, ohne Einblick von außen. Das Haus war groß und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schade war, dass die Schränke komplett voll waren und man seine Kleidung nicht einräumen konnte, sondern aus Koffern leben musste. Die Dusche in einem Bade war defekt. Uns hat das nicht gestört, da wir die Außendusche traumhaft fanden und immer nutzten.

Ivano è stato subito caloroso e gentile dal momento in cui abbiamo prenotato la casa. Eravamo un gruppo abbastanza ampio di persone e nonostante questo Ivano ha fatto di tutto per venire in contro alle nostre esigenze. La casa è meravigliosa e abbiamo passato un capodanno molto bello. Consiglio vivamente

casa ben attrezzata e pulita. Abbiamo trascorso la Pasqua in tranquillità e armonia. Il sig. Giuseppe, persona molto garbata, ci ha dato dei consigli per visitare i luoghi più belli nelle vicinanze. Noi di nostra iniziativa siamo stati al giardino di Ninfa. Da ritornare.

We had a wonderful time at this house! The place offers a truly authentic Italian atmosphere – a huge, charming, and warm house with a beautiful garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding nature. The location is peaceful, providing ideal conditions for a getaway, though it's worth having a car to easily reach the beaches. The nearby beaches are absolutely stunning, clean, and – importantly – not overcrowded, so you can spend entire days there in peace. Additionally, the local restaurants serve delicious food, with local specialties at the forefront. Both the owner and the people taking care of the house were very helpful and always available. All in all, only positives, highly recommend!

Sono stata in questo grazioso appartamento con la mia famiglia dopo una giornata trascorsa al MagicLand siamo rimasti incantati da questo borgo davvero caratteristico e dalla bellissima veduta che vi era dall' appartamento..host davvero molto gentili e reattivi sicuramente da ritornare

I loved the apartment, it had everything I needed and more. I especially liked the balcony towards the sea. The apartment is light and clean and felt like home. The area is very quiet in october and a little more lively in september. The beach is very nice.

The apartment is better than the photos. It is big, authentic and really interesting. There is no air conditioning, which can be a problem for some people during the summer. We left the windows opened and it was okay to sleep. It was easy to park the car nearby. It is located in a strategic place to visit Castel Gondolfo and other attractions by the lake. The apartment is in the center of Marino, so there are caffés, restaurants etc. in walking distance. Besides, there are many great restaurants in 5 minutes driving.

Rosana sembrava come fossi una conoscente da anni, molto confidente e ci a dato informazioni magari per le prossime visite visto che noi abbiamo alloggiato nel giorno del capodanno e giustamente era tutto chiuso.. a pochi km si trova il parco divertimenti magicland.. ci ha fatto trovare anche una bellissima bottiglia di vino rosso frizzantino di casa che ahimè abbiamo dimenticato 😂.. lo consiglio vivamente

Ottimo per recarsi avanti e indietro in auto dalla Fiera di via Portuense. Appartamento pulito, ben organizzato e carino e soprattuttomolto silenzioso e riservato. La proprietaria gentilissima. Addirittura l'ultimo giorno, davanti alla mia richiesta di info su una farmacia, si è subito attivata per lasciarmi delle pastiglie per l'influenza. Davvero di una gentilezza e una disponibilità rare da ritrovare di questi tempi.

Lorenzo was an excellent host; very proactive, and quick to respond. The place was in an excellent location; very peaceful, very close to the train station and the beach, and plenty of places for food or grocery delivery if we didn't want to go out. All in all, we are planning to come back :)

Simona is a wonderful host and her house is a jewel on top of a hill with absolutely spectacular panoramic views of mountains and valley! We had such a wonderful time and built some great memories. The house itself is so beautifully decorated and every nook and corner is amazing. Simona is super friendly and helpful with everything and ensures her guests are living in absolute comfort as if they were staying in her own house! We had such a great time in the beautiful garden that we didn't leave the house on first day at all! Absolutely recommend this place and so grateful to Simona for ensuring we had a perfect holiday in stunning Italy! Can't wait to return back soon!!

Marco est un hôte très accueillant, très réactif au moindre problème ou questionnement, La maison est très spacieuse et pleine de charme, la terrasse avec le jardin en espaliers et la piscine sont magnifiques et la vue est juste splendide ! Sermoneta est un village magnifique, on peut aller manger à pieds de la maison , dans des restaurants excellents ! Le calme absolu ! Je recommande vivement 😀

Elvira und ihr Mann Marco waren sehr sehr warmherzig und super freundlich!! Sie waren immer da, falls wir Hilfe gebraucht haben und standen uns immer zur Verfügung! Die Unterkunft war tadellos, sauber und einfach nur süß. Das Haus ist wunderschön und man kann den Sommer hier vollstens genießen😍 Zum Ende hin haben sie uns sogar ein Abschiedsgeschenk gegeben, sehr sehr süß und bedacht🥹 ich kann diese Unterkunft und diese Gastgeber zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Je recommande plus plus plus cette maison Surtout en ayant fait d’autre maison avant …. et surtout Francesca Elle est aimable , gentille, bienveillante La maison est extrêmement bien équipée avec draps torchons farine sucre …. Tt ce qu’il faut La piscine ,les ballons ⚽️ les bains de soleil le calme ,le beau jardin est très plaisant et reposant J’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir et les enfants aussi Merci pour cette belle semaine 🙏

Mooie accommodatie. Ruim opgezet. Blijft lekker koel in de hete zomer. Vlot contact met de host. En Engels is daarbij geen probleem. Vooraf duidelijke instructies met een route om bij het huisje te komen. In het huisje tevens een schrijven met tips in de omgeving.

Es war wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt. Sarah war immer sofort erreichbar und hat uns direkt alle Fragen beantwortet. Das Haus ist eigentlich noch schöner als auf den Bildern und sehr privat und ruhig gelegen. Ein Auto sollte man aber haben. Ansonsten war alles top und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück ist hoch und sicher eingezäunt sodass wir auch mit unseren zwei Hunden sehr entspannen konnten. Ein Supermarkt ist gleich in der Nähe und ansonsten ist Nettuno ein netter Ort. Man kann Abends nach nur 4 Minuten mit dem Auto lecker essen gehen. Ein ganz kleiner Punktabzug ist die Kaffeemaschine... Da gibt es leider nur eine Bialetti, aber dafür gibt's bei den Sternen natürlich absolut keinen Abzug. Das Haus ist super und sehr gut ausgestattet. Danke für die tolle Auszeit!
