L'appartamento è situato su una piazza che affaccia sul mare nella ridente località di Nettuno (70 min di treno dalla stazione di Roma Termini). Ampia camera da letto, cucina abitabile, grande bagno ed uno spazioso balcone / terrazza fronte mare dove è piacevole mangiare all'aperto.
