Cosy, fresh, modern private studio appartement with airco and canal view in the museum area next to the popular area ‘the Pijp’. This studio is located in Oud Zuid, you can go to the city centre by foot, metro, bike or by tram. There are a lot of nice restaurants and coffee bars just around the corner and the famous Albert Cuypmarkt is also really nearby. Park the cars in front of the house (private). The sea is a 15 second walk (4 seconds running). Slightly more when the tide is low. Don’t worry about anything. We got you covered with a fully equipped kitchen, two huge beds, a private green garden, warm outdoor shower, fresh breakfast, cappuccino’s, speedy landline wifi, star roofed bathroom, hanging chair and ‘bolderkar’ for the kids. Good news for all animal lovers: well-behaved dogs are allowed during the winter months (nov - feb).

With shop windows and original floors, this tiny-house-within-a-house is offering all for a lovely getaway. Beautifully renovated by the owner itself, the loft is the perfect hideout in the middle of the old central district of Tilburg, boasting many shops, restaurants and bars. A comfortable loft fully decorated for 3 persons, and that on only 25m2!

B&B, beautifully rural location, behind old driveway

Come and visit our B&B and let yourself be enchanted by the beautiful surroundings. The B&B is located on the former estate where the castle Huize Potter stood around 1500. In 1840, it was converted into a beautiful white farmhouse. The arrival is fairytale-like, as you drive down the long driveway. The accommodation is located at the back of the farm. You have your own entrance. The garden around the cottage is part of it, and here you can enjoy the sun.

Our studio is equipped with all comforts, with a lovely 160x210. A private kitchen, lovely shower and TV with Netflix. It is a quiet street and everything is within walking distance. Our beach has many beautiful, fun and cozy beach bars with incredibly delicious food and beautiful wines. Our village is very cozy. Nice shops and nice restaurants. The nature in the area is beautiful. The ideal beach vacation, (kite)surf vacation or enjoy the nature in the area.

At the end of a dead-end road at the bottom of the dike overlooking the "Eilandspolder" nature reserve and a 5-minute walk from the "de Havik" mill, hidden between the reeds and right on the ring canal, is the "De Smid" vacation home. 30-minute drive from Amsterdam Noord. 30-minute drive from the Noord Zeestrand. Busy You @ Sea is een volledig gerenoveerde studio, open sinds maart 2024. Op één minuut lopen van de duinen. Ook het strand en het centrum bevinden zich op loopafstand. Dé plek om te ontspannen en tot rust te komen! De gezellige studio met eigen opgang (29 m2, open ruimte) is gelegen in het souterrain en van alle gemakken voorzien. Openslaande deuren geven toegang tot je privé terras, met uitzicht op de (gedeeltelijk omheinde) tuin.

Rural location, peace, space and alpacas

In the guesthouse you immediately feel the relaxing atmosphere. Through the use of natural materials and the view of the garden and the animals, you can really experience the countryside. Outside, you can encounter all kinds of animals, like a hare or a pheasant. And of course the chickens and the alpacas. On the lounge set you see from the guesthouse, you can relax. You walk right into the meadow to get to know the alpacas up close.
