Our charming, detached tiny house is quietly located in the backyard of Paderstraße and thus within walking distance to the cathedral, the Pader spring area and downtown. With a small garden, high-quality furnishings and lots of privacy, it is the ideal place for a relaxing stay for two in the heart of Paderborn. Please note: The stairs to the upper floor are a bit steep, which is why you should be able to walk well. The accommodation is not suitable for children.

Dieses stilvolle Loft befindet sich direkt in der Paderborner Innenstadt. Keine 50m entfernt befindet sich die Paderborner Fußgängerzone mit etlichen Geschäften, sowie Restaurants. Der Hauptbahnhof ist mit dem Auto in ca . 3-5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle in alle beliebigen Richtungen ( Uni/ Hauptbahnhof/ Stadion/ HNF usw. ) ist direkt vor der Tür. Die Uni ist aber auch fußläufig in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist obwohl im Zentrum sehr ruhig.

The room is located on the courtyard side of our farmhouse, which was built in the 1950s and renovated, right next to our horse stable. It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.

A lovely area for walks in the surrounding area. Here you can relax, sit by the campfire and watch the stars, or sit by the stove and enjoy the panoramic view. NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.

Arrival by car is recommended as the nearest stop is 1.3 km away.

We rent out our beautiful, bright, approx. 80 sqm apartment on the upper floor. We share the front door. The apartment doors are to be locked separately. Your four-legged friends (dogs only) are of course also welcome. The apartment is located directly on the Boker Canal. Numerous walking and cycling tours can be enjoyed from here.
