Surnadal has a nice lime beach with swimming opportunities for small and large. Nice hiking opportunities and short distance to Trollheimen for mountain hikes. There is also a golf course in Surnadal. In winter it is a short distance to the alpine slope with elevator.

It is possible to drive all the way up to the cabin with spacious car parking space. The cabin is close to great Eresfjord where there are opportunities for both swimming and fishing. There are great hiking experiences in nearby areas for the whole family and for the adventurous.
