From the living room there is an exit to a spacious terrace facing the great view. In the area there are a number of great places to visit, as well as hiking opportunities in the mountains and along the coast.

The single-family home is located 10 minutes from Kvernberget airport and 17 minutes from the city center by car. With only 7 minutes by car is Freimarka where there are opportunities for cross country skiing during the winter months and great hiking trails with Bolgavannet which is close by. There is both a travel cot and baby chair available. Recommended to have a car.

On the main floor you will find a large, bright living room with kitchen and direct exit to an undisturbed and sunny terrace. In addition, there is a bedroom/living room and laundry room/bath. On the second floor there are 2 large loft rooms with attached bedrooms, a large bathroom with double sink and bathtub. Master bedroom has double bed with nice view. Possibility of up to 7 guests where two are located on a flat bed.

The tiny house has a small and functionally equipped apartment kitchen (fridge and two hot plates) that you can make yourself simple dishes on.
