We had a great week. Pleasant and well-maintained house, close to the sea and shops. No need to take her car, she stays in the parking lot attached to the house,. It has everything for children to play, board games, foosball, and darts. I would highly recommend.

All good! Very good stay. Quiet, although in the heart of the village. Close to the beach, the forest. The accommodation is clean, spacious, very well-equipped. Enclosed garden. Easy to park cars. + Availability of Philippe who welcomed us and lives nearby.

We had a pleasant stay at Isabelle's. The accommodation is very functional, tastefully furnished, quiet and immediate access to the beach is very nice for long and beautiful family walks. Isabelle was very accommodating and responsive to our requests. I would recommend it 100%.

We stayed in a beautiful house, bathed in light and relaxing calm. The spaces are generous, perfectly thought out for convivial family moments. Each equipment has been carefully chosen to ensure comfort and convenience, making our stay as pleasant as possible. The location is ideal: everything can be done on foot, and discovering the city becomes a real pleasure. For outdoor enthusiasts, the bike paths along the coast offer superb views, especially towards Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie or La Tranche-sur-Mer. And for foodies, a detour to the Goulpière Farm is a must: an authentic address where you can enjoy delicious local products.

We had the chance to rent this house at the last minute. Martin is very responsive and accessible. The place is quiet and there are many bike paths nearby that allow you to go into town or to the sea. The house is pleasant, clean and very well-equipped. It's a real Airbnb, like a home that friends would have lent you. There are all the basics in the kitchen cabinets, both from an equipment point of view, and from the point of view of basic foods (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, flour,...). There is a lot of what you need too like bath towels, kitchen towels, soaps... There is a Nespresso coffee maker and a percolator. We felt comfortable with 6 people but it seems narrow for eight. A quick note for the bedroom with twin beds upstairs: the mattresses are thin, so rather for children. The other 3 bedrooms are very large and the bedding is good. 5 star review for 5 star super-host and perfect place. Christophe is a great host. Giving us great tips (we went Biking at Isle d’Yeu, catamaran sailing at noirmoutier,…) and always on the look-out to help / have a friendly chat. The place has a very charming swimming pool surrounded by flowers and herbs which can be used to cook on the BBQ. In short everything is there to have a wonderfull stay. We didn’t spend much time indoors but it’s very well renovated and Christophe keeps it in excellent conditions

Very well equipped house, I had my two children (4 years old and my 10-month-old baby) all the equipment for children was available even games for children my son was delighted. The description is as advertised by Sophie. Cleanliness was de rigueur, nothing to say. Really nice house you can go for a second thought. Easy communication, Sophie is accommodating.

We had a pleasant stay in Dominique's small house. The house is beautifully decorated and perfectly equipped, which made our stay most comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful terrace, offering a peaceful view of a small pond with water lilies and small discreet frogs, which had the delicate attention of protecting us from mosquitoes. The location is ideal, just an hour from the Poitevin marshes and the Mourat vineyard, where we were able to enjoy great bike rides followed by wine tastings. Dominique was a charming and very welcoming host, we immediately felt comfortable in her home. We highly recommend this listing for a relaxing stay full of discoveries!
