Villa vacation rentals in Nerpio

Nice house. The key-box didn’t work at our arrival but John and Helen fixed our problem by contacting a neighbor who came with another key. We had to leave the place due to a too far distance of locations that we were looking to visit (north of Alicante).

Terrific Hosts Place was all ready for when we arrived. Beautifull villa and very nice peacefull location. To be honest we could not fault either the villa or the hosts. We were left to spend the time as we wanted without any issues at all. If you are looking for the ideal place to relax and unwind this is definately the place for you. Thank you for having us. Amazing house, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Next to the beach and a safe area for children to play and have fun. I recommend it and I'm sure we'll be back. Sarah is very attentive, kind and thoughtful. We loved it!!

Loved it ! Was after some peace and tranquility and simple living for a few days and this is exactly what we got . Myself and my husband felt so at home straight away . Corinne and Graham are lovely, kind people and allowed us privacy even though their bungalow was just at the bottom of our garden . The small cottage apartment is all you require for a simple break away and we spent the whole holiday in flip flops and swim wear , in and out of the wonderful pool , sun bathing , barbecuing , reading , eating and drinking … The bed is very comfy , air con is good and the shower is excellent . Thanks for a wonderful stay . We will definitely be back x

Eddie and Eva's place is beautiful! it is immaculately clean, and the beds are super comfortable. there is everything you need in the kitchen, from utensils to oil/salt and pepper and even water. there is even shampoo and shower stuff! it felt incredibly homely and the roof terrace is a great sun trap. Eddie and Eva are really friendly and always on hand if you need anything. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here! you are so close to the national park, it's basically inside it and there is a lot to explore! thank you so much for having us!

We had a wonderful 2 week vacation at Antonio's father, Sara's father, with our family of 7. Everything was perfect. Friendly welcome, big house and large swimming pool :) Everything is very well maintained, fresh and clean. There is plenty of space in the house to retreat to and from the house you will have a beautiful view of the villages all around. Due to its location, on a hill, there is always a wonderfully gentle breeze and it is not super hot, as in the valley. We will definitely come back!

We have just enjoyed an amazing 2 weeks in Chris’s villa and we’re very sad to be leaving. The outside space is huge, we loved the outdoor kitchen and all the different seating areas. The hammock was a big hit for reading & chilling. The pool was a great size and beautiful at night with the lights on. Indoor space is versatile, comfortable and homely. There were great sunsets in the evening and the roof terrace was the perfect place to sit with a coffee and watch the sunrise. Chris was an extremely attentive host, who always responded immediately and had some excellent restaurant recommendations. Nothing was too much trouble and we appreciated his kindness. Wim who is nearby during your stay was also very kind and helpful. The area was very peaceful with lots of amenities within walking distance. All the essentials were there to get you started and the welcome cold bottle of Cava was a nice touch. We would definitely recommend the villa and look forward to staying again ourselves!

Wow. Only 1 word is needed to describe everything about our stay. If you are looking for a trip away from all the hustle and bustle of daily life where you can truly relax then this is it. The villa is stunning, high up, almost touching the clouds with the most peaceful views over the mountains. It has everything you need, a great pool, plenty of places around the villa to escape and unwind, comfy beds and linens and all the cooking facilities you could ever need. Our host was terrific, really helping us settle into the villa and responding to our questions ahead of our trip quickly. I fully expect we will look to book here again which should tell you everything. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Location, location, location! We’ve had a truly wonderful time spent at Luis’ villa - a perfect spot on the ocean. We brought our paddle board and snorkel gear and have spent 10 days in and out of the pool and the sea. Great accommodation - very clean and well-equipped. Luis was the perfect host, very accommodating and friendly, always on hand to help out if needed. We are sad to leave this beautiful beachside home but are feeling very relaxed and grateful to have found it. We will be back.

We had a great time, the house has facilities to have a good time without leaving if you don't want to.

Great house and location

A wonderful villa and wonderful hosts. Full exclusive use,very secure and all the mod cons. All amenities as listed and the pool/ garden area is a lovely private place to enjoy the family holiday, even better than the photos. We were 2 families of 4, loads of space and 5 minute walk to the beach and lovely little chiringuitos. Other towns such as the lovely Puerto de Mazarrón just a short drive/taxi away, sad to come home to reality, thank you for sharing your lovely home with us

The house was big and great and the outdoor areas were absolutely amazing. View straight down to the beach and with several seating areas and shelter from the sun. Sun from sunrise to good evening. Large and great pool. Nice for both small and big. Awesome in July, but with good air conditioning in bedrooms and common areas. What was better than the house was the host. Paloma was helpful both ahead of time and during the stay. She gave us the information we needed and made sure we had a nice stay. The only thing that pulls down a little bit is that Isla Plana is a bit far away from most things. It went well for us to walk to the shop 1km away but recommend having a car. This was a review that we should choose differently, not the host's fault. Highly recommended!

I stayed in Suzanne's stunning Villa for 12 nights with my husband and 4 children. The Villa is very spacious and really impressive. The pool is magnificent and we loved the large grass area with football nets, the comfy swinging egg chairs and the fantastic outdoor movie area. Suzanne was an extremely responsive, friendly and helpful host. We had a few minor teething issues but all were easily and quickly resolved by messaging Suzanne. The only part of our holiday we could fault was the limited food options within walking distance of the Villa. We were aware of this when booking but we did still miss having more choice without having to drive. There are loads of good restaurants 30/40 mins drive away and we drove to eat out quite a bit. We also had lots of lovely bbq dinners in the fabulous big garden at the Villa and the kids loved dinner and Bingo night in Harvey's restaurant which was only 15 mins walk in the resort. 5 star holiday overall and we look forward returning.

we had a great holiday in the villa del pistacho. very nice quiet place the house remains pleasant despite the very high temperatures in Spain. very responsive hosts for any questions, as well as for monitoring the pool. we recommend a vacation spot. thank you again

Everything was perfect! We stayed for 3 nights and it was done for the comfort and comfort of the place. The house was spotless, had all kinds of household items and is located in a very quiet area perfect for disconnecting. The guests were also very friendly and flexible with check-in and check-out times and were always attentive for any inquiries. 😊

The house is very nice and really clean. We slept so well in the beds and the house is very peaceful. The step-free house gives us easy access to the pool and terrace for eating out. Isa is always attentive and always there in case of need!!! Very responsive to the requests of her guests, we were able to have a great holiday. The area is peaceful, relaxing and unobstructed! The pool is very good and we were able to cool off in the summer heat of Spain. We strongly recommend this listing and its hosts! And looking forward to coming back to have a great vacation at their place!

We loved our time at Ben and Giles' villa. So much so we booked to return next year. Being of limited mobility there are only a few steps outside and a good choice of chairs of a good height. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need for cooking a meal. The beds were very comfortable . Please note that you would need a car. I cannot praise the villa or Rob and Ann Marie highly enough.

Words cannot express how wonderful this particular booking was. Our trip had challenges of its own, but that aside, John's place is AMAZING. It is exactly as described, and then better. It is literally a slice of heaven in rural Spain. It is home-from-home with modern fixtures and fittings and everything and anything that you could possibly need from a home, and then more. Since placing the booking with Airbnb, John has been on hand to answer all my irritating and incessant questions....closer to the time of our trip, the information was free-flowing and easy to follow and everything was exactly as described. The house and garden are absolutely beautiful. If you want peace and quiet and countryside walks this is the place to come. I honestly didn't want to come home. In fact, I didn't want to leave a nice review, because I don't really want anyone else to go - I want it to be available for just me! The house and host get 10/10 What else can I say? Thank you John, for everything!

Great place to stay with a larger group of people! It offers lots of area and activities for the community but also everyone can have their privacy with individual bedrooms and bathrooms. The place is well equipped, the pool is heated and the surrounding is very beautiful (though remote)
