We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. This luxury renovated villa is something out of the ordinary. Very tasteful with exclusive materials in both the interior-design and furnitures. Here you get Extra Everything for a perfect stay! The residence offers an air-conditioned accommodation, underfloor heating and a private heated pool in the garden. To the town center of Nerja and the "Balcon de Europa" it is 2 km and to the main beach "Playa de Burriana" only 1,2 km. The grocery stores Mercadona and Carrefour are both within easy reach, about 250 meters from the property. The Capistrano area facilities with pool area, bar and restaurant are also just around the corner. Wi-fi is free. Towels and bed linen are included to make your stay more enjoyable. Parking at the house is also free. If you feel like BBQ, there is an outdoor kitchen with fridge for chilled drinks and a gasgrill on the terrace. It invites you to gather. Either at the dining area, the built-in lounge sofa or at the bar. The accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds, all of which have "en suite" bathrooms with shower and toilet. They are all located one floor up. On the ground floor there is a hallway with a guest toilet, a well-proportioned living room with a view of the terrace and the sea. As well a very well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. Everything in an open plan. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. In the living room there is a sofa group, TV and a sound-system.

Casa La Botica

Nice house in the heart of Frigiliana. The house has three floors, the middle one has the kitchen, living room plus living room and a small bathroom. On the ground there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a small space with a single bed, the other floor has a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the countryside. The house does not have a swimming pool but a few meters away is the municipal swimming pool where you can enjoy it in the summer months.

Villa Colina del Mar - Magical views near the beach

Villa Colina del Mar is divided into 2 apartments in a large villa. Hang out together around the pool or sunbathe on your own private terrace. The villa is only 4 minutes from the beach on foot. Location is amazing due to the panoramic views, the spaces, the privacy and the sun of course! It is close enough to the city center for evenings outside but far enough away for peace and quiet. The villa is great for families with kids and big groups. Of course fast wifi with good coverage throughout.

The property has amazing sea views from every room. From the terrace you can enjoy 180 degrees of sea view with sun all day. The apartment is easy to access, with no stairs (just one step) and free parking on the street outside. There is a great pool close to the property. Unclear when open due to drought in Andalucia (normally Apr to Oct) and the closest beach (el Playazo) is 700 meters away and goes 1.5 km towards center of Nerja. It takes around 5 minutes to drive into the center of Nerja.
