Monthly Rentals in Neos Kosmos, Athens

Listing as described. Very cute and convenient little space (superb decoration, lots of taste). Great neighborhood with buses and restaurants or convenience stores nearby. Just a small detail, a small dog also lives in the building and barks regularly, but you get used to it. And the terrace opposite is home to many cats. Eleni is a considerate host who cares about the well-being of its occupants. We sincerely thank her for accepting our reservation request. This allowed us to discover Athens, for an intense week, and to return every day to this quiet apartment. It feels like a home away from home. Thank you so much.

Nice little home with everything you need located in a quiet neighbourhood next to the main attractions. The bed is comfortable and I enjoyed the sun on the slightly larger balcony. The host was proactive to fix things or provide amenities as I needed for my longer stay. The kitchen is very nice for cooking. I would recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as described and well equiped. Overall apartment is in a very calm street, so it's calm and peaceful, we had a great sleep without any disturbances. Metro is close by, as well it's walkable distance to the main attractions (we mostly just walked), also there are shops around and some nice take away coffee places :). Plus, it's super easy to communicate. Thank you!
