My apt is recently (June 2017) renovated and furnished ,it is convenient, 2 beds, in a safe and quiet neighbourhood,very near the archaeological and entertainment sites ,and very close to public transport (Metro,tram,buses).Check in without the presence of the host 24h/day.All kinds of shops in a short distance.Acropolis and Filopapou hill view. An extra fee (tax) of 2 euros from 1/1-31/3 and of 8 euros from 1/4-31/10 for every day of residence will be applied

Michael’s place in Koukaki was one of the best Air Bnb’s I’ve stayed in. Excellent location, beautifully designed, comfortable, and excellent shower pressure 😂 I couldn’t recommend a better place to stay while in Athens

We had a great, short stay! It was the perfect location for our short 2 days in Athens. It’s very close to the metro station, making it so convenient to access all of the main tourist areas. The space was clean, comfortable and everything we needed. Thanasis also had some wonderful restaurant recommendations in the area that we thoroughly enjoyed!

I spent a month in the apartment and I'm very happy with each segment. The apartment is so nicely furnished, renovated, the bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped! The host was at your service the entire time! I've stayed in more accommodations in Athens, and this one is far better than everything I've been. I would highly recommend to everyone and I think there can be 4 people in the apartment at once. The metro is just a few minutes on foot and 4 or 5 stops away from the city (~10min max). The neighborhood is also safe for self-catering. Highly recommended, you won't regret it!

Themis was very responsive and communicated well with me for all my inquiries. The bachelor is a lovely spot for one or maximum two people and is within walking distance to some of the nice parts of Athens such as Plaka. The metro is also not far. I appreciated the cleanliness of the place as well. Would definitely recommend it to anyone seeking a cozy spot in Athens!

The place was clean and comfortable. The host and staff, such as cleaning personnel, we met before and after our stay were very nice and professional. I would recomend you stay there. The kitchen is operational so you can shop for materials and cook. If you are looking for a lively area this neighborhood is not. But, the metro is 10 a minute walk and the tram is literally outside the appartment and a taxi to visit somewhere in the city is about 10 euro max. So yes rent it.

Lovely condo. Not too far from the busy-ness of the plan area. Air conditioning worked great which was helpful in the 35 degree weather. Definitely a plus having 2 bathrooms - one for each bedroom.
