The apartment consists of a large room on the ground floor with a baroque vault, plus a small kitchen and small bathroom. In the garden behind the house, a sitting area in the greenery can be used. Loading and unloading in front of the house; parking for a fee on the Obermarkt, with parking disc free parking on Lutherplatz or Christoph-Lüders-Str. Internet access recently upgraded and fully functional.

Welcome to our 250 years old house, where we turned an old barn into a guest room with small kitchen corner and a private bathroom. Our apartment also has a separate entrance, so full privacy is guaranteed. Private parking. Liberec is just 20 mins drive, Zittau center 15 mins, Jizera mountains 30 mins, Luzice mountains 15 mins. Many interesting places within 30 mins drive. Cycling track just in the village, great cross country skiing tracks and ski slopes within 30mins.

Due to our proximity to the easternmost point of Germany, the Einsiedel Cultural Island and the Neisse, we are the ideal place to stay for families, cyclists, etc. Even if the property is not quite finished from the outside, we have put a lot of effort into the interior design. In the lower area is the living room with a spacious open kitchen with dining area as well as 1 toilet.

Villa-Larix is a wooden house with a very special living ambience. We built the wooden house to live healthy living and limited to the essentials in a relaxing location. Most of the materials come from Germany and some oak woods even come from our own Upper Lusatian Forest. You can admire the sunset directly on the lake and really relax. Please note that you currently have to expect construction site noise at a distance of about 150 m.

Roe deer and a large number of different bird species are regular guests of the surrounding fields. Unlimited Internet access is available on site. I highly recommend it!!!
